Logan Farrar smashed his team-leading 11th homer of the year, but the Beloit Snappers (53-50) fell 5-3 to the Burlington Bees (40-62) Sunday afternoon at Community Field in Burlington, IA.

Trailing 1-0 in the top of the 6th, Hunter Hargrove led off the frame with a base hit to left to set the stage for Farrar. Farrar stepped to the plate and sent a two-run shot to right-center field to give the Snappers a 2-1 advantage. For Farrar, it was his team-leading 11th homer of the year.
The Bees answered with a homer from Kevin Williams Jr. Jr. to tie it at 2, before Keinner Piña singled home Spencer Griffin to give Burlington a 3-2 lead after six.
Orlando Martinez added to the Bees lead with a run-scoring double to left, scoring Tori Hunter Jr. to lift their lead to 4-2 over the Snappers heading to the 8th.

In the bottom half of the frame, the Bees would again answer on a passed ball that got away from Snappers catcher Skyler Weber to allow Griffin to score to bring the score to 5-3 Bees.
