Snappers Return Home For Final Homestand Saturday

Fan Appreciation Night, Mega Raffle And Fireworks Highlight Final Weekend Of 2018

The 2018 regular season is winding down for the Midwest League and the Beloit Snappers will be hosting the Cedar Rapids Kernels from September 1st-3rd for the final regular season homestand and series of the Snappers season.

The series will open on Saturday the 1st at 7:00 p.m., the only night game of the series. It's Fan Appreciate Night at Pohlman Field, where the Snappers will be thanking our dedicated and passionate fan base by giving away prizes every half inning so no one goes home empty handed! It's also the eighth and final fireworks show after the game, everything sponsored by Ho-Chunk Nation!


Saturday's game is also a Walk-Up Hog Heaven. $30 for a ticket and an all-you-can-eat and drink experience at Pohlman Field. Please note that these tickets can NOT be purchased online and must be purchased in person. Hog Heaven tickets can be purchased in advance or purchased on Saturday. Game two of the series will be on Sunday the 2nd and a 2:00 p.m. first pitch. Sunday's game is a 2-for-1 BOGO & Mercy Health System's Day. Check the Wednesday edition of the Stateline News, Janesville Messenger, & Walworth County Shopper for your BOGO Coupon for Reserved Seat tickets (up to two free tickets per coupon) to Sunday home games. Following the game, kids 12 & under get to run the bases & fans of all ages can play catch in right field, courtesy of Mercy Health. Leinie's 12-oz. cans and 16-oz PBR cans are just $2.


Game three of the series with Cedar Rapids, the final home game of the regular season, is on Labor Day at 2:00 p.m. It's a WJVL/WCLO Monster Deal Monday promotion. 2 General Admission tickets, 2 hot dogs, 2 fountain soft drinks, 2 popcorns, & 2 adjustable hats, all for just $26. That's a savings of more than $40, thanks to WJVL & WCLO. All 12-oz. domestic drafts are just $1.50.


After the game, it's Labor Day Batting Practice. Come on the field and give it your best swing, 10 swings for $10!
