The Biloxi Shuckers are thrilled to open the gates of MGM Park to our fans, and we know that there are questions about trips to the ballpark. Below are answers to some frequently asked questions about MGM Park. If you cannot find the answer to your question here or on our Guest Information page, call (228) 233-3465.

Food and Drink 

Can I bring outside food or drink into the stadium?

No outside food or drinks are allowed into MGM Park.

Rain

What happens if it is raining on the day of a game? 

MGM Park is built with a state-of-the-art drainage system and the Shuckers make every attempt to play the game on the day and at the time it is scheduled. Updates on game status will be posted on social media as they come. If no announcement has been made, the game is still scheduled at its original time. Refer to the Shuckers Rain Policy for full details.

Tickets

Where can I purchase tickets to Shuckers games? 

Tickets can be purchased at the MGM Park Box Office, online at biloxishuckers.com (click here) , or over the phone through TicketMaster at 1-800-745-3000. The MGM Park Box Office is located on the northwest corner of the stadium near the intersection of Howard and Caillavet. Further information on the box office can be found here. 

Autographs 

Where can I get autographs? 

Fans can request autographs from players alongside the dugouts before and after games only. At any time an usher may ask you to return to your designated seat location. Please be considerate by not inconveniencing guests seated in autograph signing areas.

Game Times

What times do games start?

Games on Monday-Saturday start at 6:35 pm with the exception of select 'Education Days.' Sunday games start at 1:05 pm from the beginning of the season through the All-Star Break on June 23. Starting July 12, Sunday games will start at 5:05 pm. 

What time do gates open? 

Gates open 65 minutes before first pitch.  

Pets 

Can I bring my pet to the ballpark? 

Fans with Service Dogs are allowed to bring them to MGM Park. All service dogs must be marked clearly with a vest and the guest must have an ID for their service dogs. 

Dogs are allowed at the ballpark on Monday nights during the 2020 season. Animals are not permitted inside MGM Park at any other time. 

Accessible Seating & Parking

Is handicap seating available and how do I purchase a ticket? 

Accessible seating is available guests with access requirements and their companions. Guests requiring accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and up to three (3) companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. Accessible seats are available for purchase at the MGM Park Box Office. Fans that wish to purchase accessible seats online must contact TicketMaster to verify the purchase of an accessible seat.

All ticket sales are based on availability. MGM Park is fully accessible. A ramp is provided at the north (main) gate, and an elevator is located just inside the Sparklight Club entrance to take patrons to the concourse and the suite level. 

Is there handicap parking at MGM Park? 

Handicapped parking is available in all public lots and is on a first come, first served basis. Vehicles are required to display valid government issued handicapped tags. All parking fees apply.

Lost & Found

Where do I go to turn in a lost item or see if my lost item has been returned? 

Lost & Found items are taken to Guest Services during games, located behind home plate on the concourse. During non-game hours, fans may contact the Shuckers front office at (228) 233-3465 to inquire about lost & found items. Found items are kept for a maximum of two weeks, and then will be donated to a local charity.

Tours

How can I tour MGM Park? 

Tours of MGM Park are available for groups and must be set up in advance. Call (228) 233-3465 ext. 3464 to arrange a tour of MGM Park for your group. Tours will be conducted on non-game days only. 

Donations 

How can I request a donation from the Shuckers? 

Those businesses that are registered not-for-profit or 501(c)(3) organizations may download a donation request form from our website at www.biloxishuckers.com or by clicking here. The form can be returned with a request on the organization's letterhead to: Biloxi Shuckers, 105 Caillavet St., Biloxi, MS 39530. All donation requests must be on organizational letterhead; there are no exceptions to this policy. Please allow at least four (4) weeks for the request to be processed. Fan Mail

How can I send mail to Shuckers players? 

Please send your fan mail to: Player's Name, Biloxi Shuckers, 105 Caillavet St., Biloxi, MS 39530, or email info@biloxishuckers.com and type the player's name in the subject line. Your email will be printed, sealed, and delivered to the designated player. If a player is no longer on the Shuckers roster, letters will be sent back.
