The Biloxi Shuckers are thrilled to open the ballpark gates to our fans, and we know that there are questions about trips to the ballpark. Food and Drink

Can I bring outside food or drink into the stadium?

No outside food or drinks are allowed into the ballpark.

Rain

What happens if it is raining on the day of a game?

The ballpark is built with a state-of-the-art drainage system and the Shuckers make every attempt to play the game on the day and at the time it is scheduled. Updates on game status will be posted on social media as they come. If no announcement has been made, the game is still scheduled at its original time. Refer to the Shuckers Rain Policy for full details.

Tickets

Where can I purchase tickets to Shuckers games?

The Shuckers has gone to fully digital ticketing. Tickets can be purchased online at biloxishuckers.com (click here) and can also be purchased at the Shuckers Box Office. The Shuckers Box Office is located on the northwest corner of the stadium near the intersection of Howard and Caillavet. Further information on the box office can be found here.

Autographs

Where can I get autographs?

Fans can request autographs from players alongside the dugouts before and after games only. At any time an usher may ask you to return to your designated seat location. Please be considerate by not inconveniencing guests seated in autograph signing areas.

Game Times

What times do games start?

Most games on Tuesday-Friday start at 6:35 pm. Tuesday games that precede 'Education Day' or 'Camp Day' Wednesdays will start at 6:05 pm. Wednesday 'Education Day' and 'Camp Day' games begin at 11:05 am. Saturday games begin at 6:05 pm. Sunday games start at 1:05 pm from the beginning of the season through May 12. Starting Sunday, May 26, Sunday games will start at 5:05 pm. On the final Sunday of the season (September 15), Biloxi will play a 1:05 pm first pitch.

What time do gates open?

Gates open 65 minutes before first pitch.

Pets

Can I bring my pet to the ballpark?

Service animals are welcomed at the ballpark. In keeping with U.S. ADA regulations, disabled guests may use a service animal that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the guest. The work or tasks performed by the service animal must be directly related to the guest's disability.

Dogs are permitted inside the ballpark on select nights throughout the season. Outside of 'Pet-Friendly events,' pets are not allowed inside the ballpark.

Accessible Seating & Parking

Is handicap seating available and how do I purchase a ticket?

Accessible seating is available guests with access requirements and their companions. Guests requiring accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and up to three (3) companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. Accessible seats are available for purchase at the Shuckers Box Office.

All ticket sales are based on availability. The ballpark is fully accessible. A ramp is provided at the north (main) gate, and an elevator is located just inside the Sparklight Club entrance to take patrons to the concourse and the suite level.

Is there handicap parking at the ballpark?

Handicapped parking is available in all public lots and is on a first come, first served basis. Vehicles are required to display valid government issued handicapped tags. All parking fees apply.

Lost & Found

Where do I go to turn in a lost item or see if my lost item has been returned?

Lost & Found items are taken to Guest Services during games, located behind home plate on the concourse. During non-game hours, fans may contact the Shuckers front office at (228) 233-3465 to inquire about lost & found items. Found items are kept for a maximum of two weeks, and then will be donated to a local charity.

Tours

How can I tour the ballpark?

Tours of the ballpark are available for groups and must be set up in advance. More information on stadium tours can be found here. Call (228) 233-3465 to arrange a tour of the ballpark for your group. Tours will be conducted on non-game days only.

Donations

How can I request a donation from the Shuckers?

Those businesses that are registered not-for-profit or 501(c)(3) organizations may download a donation request form from our website at www.biloxishuckers.com or by clicking here. Fan Mail

How can I send mail to Shuckers players?

Please send your fan mail to: Player's Name, Biloxi Shuckers, 105 Caillavet St., Biloxi, MS 39530, or email [email protected] and type the player's name in the subject line. Your email will be printed, sealed, and delivered to the designated player. If a player is no longer on the Shuckers roster, letters will be sent back.
