Where can I find out if the game is delayed or postponed?
The Shuckers will post updates on Twitter and Facebook, along with biloxishuckers.com when a game has been postponed.
Note: If the Shuckers have not announced that a game has been postponed, the game is still on and we are making every effort to play the game on time.
What happens to my tickets if a game is postponed?
In the event a game is postponed, all tickets can be exchanged for any remaining regular-season game, excluding July 3 and 4, for a ticket of equal or lesser value. Kloud 7 Yacht Club Tickets cannot be exchanged for Yacht Club tickets to a different date if a rainout happens, they can be exchanged for any other seating inside the seating bowl in the stadium for any regular season home game (excluding July 3 and 4). As stated on tickets, no refunds will be given.
How do I exchange my tickets?
All tickets must be exchanged at the Shuckers Box Office.
Can I use my tickets for a doubleheader the next day?
If a game is postponed or suspended and made up as part of a doubleheader, fans must exchange their ticket at the Shuckers box office for a ticket to the doubleheader. A ticket grants access to both games. Fans who already have tickets to a game that becomes a doubleheader may use their ticket to access both games.
What if my tickets were part of a group?
A member of the Shuckers will reach out to your group leader to discuss alternative options and rescheduling.
