Blue Wahoos Homestand Highlights May 18-22

PENSACOLA, Fla., - The All-Star Season for the Pensacola Blue Wahoos continues May 18th - 22nd as the Mobile BayBears travel to Blue Wahoos Stadium for the Battle of the Bay. This homestand features the Wahoo Waddle, Kids Run the Bases, Fireworks and Bark in the Park!

PENSACOLA, Fla., - The All-Star Season for the Pensacola Blue Wahoos continues May 18th - 22nd as the Mobile BayBears travel to Blue Wahoos Stadium for the Battle of the Bay. This homestand features the Wahoo Waddle, Kids Run the Bases, Fireworks and Bark in the Park!

What's Cookin': The Battle of the Bay continues this homestand with the Mobile BayBears coming to town. Executive Chef Travis Wilson has created the "Bay and Hay Burger", the ultimate surf and turf burger! Enjoy golden fried shrimp placed upon a lightly blackened burger topped with pepper jack cheese and finished with a Cajun remoulade. Served with sidewinder fries, the meal is available for $15 at Port Side Grille.

The Blue Wahoos Throw Pillow captures the team celebrating at home plate after a walk-off home run by Jesse Winker against Jacksonville on July 3, 2014. The team store is open from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Support the Troops: During the month of May, the Blue Wahoos and Whataburger are teaming up to collect donations for USO Northwest Florida. The USO will deliver the items directly to the troops currently serving the United States. Fans who donate during the drive will receive a coupon for a free Whataburger. This week fans can drop off single-serve microwavable snacks such as mac and cheese, ramen noodles, ravioli, etc. Bottled water and canned soda will be accepted all month long.

Thirsty Thursday - Join us for Thirsty Thursday presented by Seville Quarter. Stop by Port Side Grille and Starboard Grille for $2 domestic drafts in a special 50th Anniversary Cup from Seville Quarter. After the game, bring your cup to Seville Quarter for $1 Yuengling. Don't forget to catch the Wahoo Choo Choo tram for a free ride to the stadium.
Wahoo Waddle - Start in left field and work your way around the park to enjoy drink specials all night long. Pick up your lineup at Fan Assistance.

Fireworks Saturday - The best fireworks show on the Gulf Coast will be after game and is presented by Navy Federal Credit Union.
Boy Scout Night - Join us for our annual Boy Scout Night at the beautiful Blue Wahoos Stadium! Boy Scouts will participate in a pregame parade around the field and enjoy a movie on the field after the game!

McDonald's Family Sunday - Families can enjoy Sunday afternoons on the Pensacola Bay with the Blue Wahoos! Presented by McDonald's, kids can run the bases postgame and play catch on the field!
ZOOperstars - Expect to crack up in laughter as Zooperstars such as Clammy Sosa, Shark McGwire, and Harry Canary will flip, bounce, shake, and dance their way through comical between-innings routines with players, umpires and fans.
First Responders Night - Join us at Blue Wahoos Stadium for First Responders Night with the Escambia County Sheriff's Department, Escambia County EMS and Escambia County Fire Rescue.

Bark in the Park - You and your furry friend can watch the game from Hill-Kelly Hill!
Giveback Monday - Giveback Monday is perfect for any non-profit group to raise funds by selling tickets and partaking in our 50/50 raffle. The top fundraiser of the night will receive $1,000 from the Blue Wahoos prior to the game and receive the benefits of our 50/50 raffle. Both Junior Humane Society and Hellen Caro Elementary will partake in this Monday's activities.
What's Next?
The first 2,000 fans ages 14 and under will receive a mini baseball bat with a quote from James Andrews, M.D. to promote awareness about overuse and specialization in baseball on Friday, June 2nd against the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp.
