Three Marauders Named End-of-Season All Stars

Hill, Tucker, and Vasquez receive year-end honors

Bradenton, Fla. - The Bradenton Marauders are proud to announce three players were named to the Florida State League End-of-Season All-Star Team. The honorees are:

LF Logan Hill - Despite only playing in 71 games prior to his promotion to Double-A Altoona, Hill still leads the Florida State League in home runs with 16. Hill hit .261 with 14 doubles, two triples, and drove in 52 runs while scoring 44. Baseball America recognized Hill as having the best power in the FSL in the annual Best Tools Survey.

SS Cole Tucker - Bradenton's dynamic shortstop leads the league in stolen bases with 36. Like Hill, Tucker received a mid-season promotion to Altoona. In 68 games, Tucker recorded 25 extra-base hits, 32 RBIs, and tied a franchise record for RBIs in a single game with seven. Baseball America bestowed the honor of top baserunner in the FSL to Tucker in the Best Tools Survey.

RHP Pedro Vasquez - Vasquez started the mid-season All-Star Game in Lakeland and still leads the circuit in WHIP (1.15) while ranking among the league leaders in ERA (3rd) and opponents' batting average (2nd). Vasquez is 9-6 with a 3.37 ERA over 133 2/3 innings. He has whiffed 105 and walked 30.

The Marauders host Fan Appreciation Night presented by Wawa on Saturday, September 2. Gates open at 4:30 p.m. with first pitch at 6:30 p.m. Every fan in attendance will receive five complimentary raffle tickets to enter to win fantastic prizes. Zambelli Fireworks will present an epic fireworks display after the game. The fireworks are sponsored by Budweiser.  

The LECOM Park box office hours are Tuesday-Friday non-gamedays from 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. On gamedays the box office will be open on weekdays from 11:00 a.m. until the end of the game and on Saturdays from 3:30 until the end of the game. The box office will open two hours prior to Sunday games and 10:30 a.m. games.
