What do I show at the gate for entry?

Present the barcode for your event on your My Bradenton Marauders Tickets account.

What do I do if I cannot access my tickets at the gate?

Go to the box office and an associate will assist you.

Can I access my tickets through the MLB Ballpark App?

No, tickets can only be accessed through your My Bradenton Marauders Tickets account.

What is My Bradenton Marauders Tickets account username?

Use the email address that you used to purchase the tickets.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

Click on the "Forgot Password" button and type in the email address you used to purchase the tickets. You will receive an email to reset your password.

How do I access my tickets that I purchased on FEVO?

If you have not used My Bradenton Marauders Tickets before, sign up for an account using the same email address you used to purchase the tickets on FEVO. If you have an account, log in to access your tickets.

Does the person I am forwarding a ticket to need an account?

Yes, the person receiving the ticket will need a My Bradenton Marauders Tickets account.

Can I recall a ticket that has been forwarded?

Yes, you can recall a ticket by selecting the ticket you forwarded, then select the "recall" button.
