Jeff Podobnik has worked for the Pittsburgh Pirates since 1988, joining the club immediately after his graduation from Slippery Rock University. He moved into his current position, his second stint leading the organization's Florida Operations, following the 2016 season. After serving as Director of Florida Operations throughout the 1990s, Jeff returned to Pittsburgh to help open and operate PNC Park as Director of Security & Contract Services. In addition to being a member of the Stadium Managers Association, Jeff has worked at the 1994, 2002, 2005, 2006, and 2008 MLB All Star Game. His extensive community service record includes sitting on the board for the Boys & Girls Clubs, Manatee School Foundation, and the Manatee Chamber of Commerce Executive Board. Jeff resides in Parrish with his wife, Amy, and son Josh. His adult sons, Tyler and Cooper, were born in Manatee County during Jeff's first stint in Florida. Jeff and Amy welcomed their first grandchild, Sadie Ann, in 2018.

Rachelle Madrigal joined the Pirates as an intern in 2006 and was part of the Florida Operations team that launched the Bradenton Marauders in 2010. She became General Manager of the club in 2015. Always active in the local community, Rachelle sits on the board of PACE Center for Girls and the Manatee Memorial Hospital Women's Action Committee and is a Leadership Manatee graduate. The accolades Rachelle has received include two recognitions as Woman of the Month by Successful Women Aligning Together; earned the 2014 Emo Murphy Woman Executive of the Year from the Florida State League in 2014; and in 2015 was tabbed as one of "The 25 Wonder Women" by Women's Resource Center of Manatee and one of 20 "People to Watch for 2015 and Beyond" by Biz(941). Rachelle is a native of Stoughton, MA and a graduate of UMass Amherst. She resides in Parrish with her husband Victor, who is best known as "The Dancing Dominican" and serves as the Superintendent of Grounds at LECOM Park. The pair have identical twin toddlers, Dominic and Quinton.
Hobbies: Traveling, with 37 states visited to car to date.

Craig Warzecha joined the Pirates and Marauders in 2015. As Assistant General Manager, he oversees sales efforts for Pirates Spring Training and the Marauders while also playing an integral role in the daily operations of LECOM Park. A native of South Amboy, NJ, Warzecha moved to Florida to attend the University of Tampa. His career in baseball has included stints with the Lakewood Blue Claws, Minor League Baseball headquarters in St. Petersburg, and the Philadelphia Phillies and Clearwater Threshers. Craig graduated from Leadership Manatee in 2017 and currently serves on the board of Manatee Young Professionals. Away from the ballpark, Craig enjoys reading, exercise, traveling, and taking advantage of the Florida sunshine at the nearest pool or beach. He resides in St. Petersburg.

Nate March joined the Pirates and Marauders in 2012 as the second "Voice of the Marauders." In his current role, he oversees the LECOM Park video board, media relations for Florida Operations, and coordinates team travel for the Marauders. Nate was named Florida State League "Broadcaster of the Year" in 2017 and still broadcasts high school and college sports throughout the region. He is originally from Munnsville, NY, and graduated from Ithaca College. He resides in Lakewood Ranch with his wife Rachel and son Hudson.

Nolan Bialek joined the Pirates and Marauders in 2016. In the role of account manager, Nolan helps fans, local businesses, and community organizations find the best ticket package to maximize their enjoyment of LECOM Park. A native of Naperville, IL, Nolan moved to Florida to attend the University of Tampa. Prior to joining the Marauders, he worked as a promotional assistant for the New York Yankees. Nolan is colorblind. When he isn't busy making sales or helping customers make the most of their ballpark experience, Nolan enjoys playing slow pitch softball. He resides in Tampa.

Taylor Fraise joined the Pirates and Marauders in 2018. Taylor is a graduate of Iowa State University. A native of Danville, IA, Taylor's career has taken him to opposite corners of the country. He worked for the Tri-City Dust Devils in Pasco, WA before making the cross country move to Bradenton, where he currently resides.

Nick Long joined the Pirates and Marauders in 2015. He directly coordinates the day-to-day operations of LECOM Park, facilitating the proper handling of parking, security, entrance and egress, and event setup for game and non-game events at the historic venue. Nick is a native of Patchogue, NY and a graduate of Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the Pirates, Nick cut his teeth in sports with the Atlanta Braves and Philadelphia Union, and he also completed the Walt Disney World college program. He is a member of the Stadium Managers Association. Away from the ballpark, Nick enjoys running, playing ultimate Frisbee, and exploring the skies with his drone. He resides in St. Petersburg.

Zach Henkel joined the Pirates and Marauders in 2017. He oversees the LECOM Park ticket office and plays a key role in helping corporate partnerships flourish in Bradenton. Zach is a native of Nashotah, WI and attended the University of Iowa. No stranger to the FSL, Zach spent the 2017 season with the Fort Myers Miracle. He resides in Lakewood Ranch.

Chuck Knapp joined the Pirates and Marauders in 2015. He oversees concessions and merchandise for Pirates Spring Training and the Marauders. An accomplished professional in food service and customer satisfaction, Chuck is a Certified Food Manager, Certified TEAM Trainer, 2008 Chairman's Award Winner at Harrah's Joliet, and holds a Ducktorate Degree from the Walt Disney World College Program. Originally from Glen Ellyn, IL, Chuck is a graduate of Aurora University. Away from the ballpark you can find Chuck jamming to Jimmy Buffet or indulging his fanatical love of Disney. Chuck and his wife Nicole reside in Bradenton with their sons Marshall and Hudson.

Ray Morris joined the Pirates and Marauders following the 2012 season. He oversees the operations of Pirate City, one of the busiest facilities in professional baseball. His responsibilities include managing transportation needs for players and executives to and from the facility and coordinating use of the facility by several internal and external groups. Ray is a lifelong resident of Bradenton and a graduate of Manatee High School, where he starred for the Hurricanes football team. Ray graduated from the University of South Florida. He resides in Bradenton.

Spencer Fogel joined the Pirates and Marauders in 2017 as an assistant in Florida Operations. He joined the Florida Ops team full-time the following year. He assists in all functions relating to the operations of Pirate City and serves as an import liaison between the business operations and baseball operations at the facility. Spencer is a native of Melville, NY and a graduate of George Washington University. His experience as a student worker at GW and as a game day employee with the Washington Nationals prepared him to hit the ground running in Bradenton. Away from work, Spencer enjoys watching baseball, hockey, UFC, and training to run long distance road races.

Erika Rolando joined the Pirates in 2015. She plays a role in all facets of LECOM Park's food and beverage operations and helps facilitate merchandise operations. Erika is a native of Joliet, IL, and brings a wealth of experience from her time with Harrah's Casino and Hotel and the Joliet Jackhammers Baseball Organization. She was a Chairman's Award nominee and Harrah's and is a Certified TEAM Trainer. Erika serves as the event coordinator and service unit manager for the Girls Scouts of Gulf Coast Council. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois and resides in Bradenton with her husband Michael, who is a member of the Marauders video board staff.
