Jeff Podobnik has worked for the Pittsburgh Pirates since 1988, joining the club immediately after his graduation from Slippery Rock University. He moved into his current position, his third stint leading the organization's Florida Operations, following the 2019 season. After serving as Director of Florida Operations throughout the 1990s, Jeff returned to Pittsburgh to help open and operate PNC Park as Director of Security & Contract Services. In addition to being a member of the Stadium Managers Association, Jeff has worked at the 1994, 2002, 2005, 2006, and 2008 MLB All Star Game. His extensive community service record includes sitting on the board for the Boys & Girls Clubs, Manatee School Foundation, and the Manatee Chamber of Commerce Executive Board. Jeff resides in Parrish with his wife, Amy, and son Josh. His adult sons, Tyler and Cooper, were born in Manatee County during Jeff's first stint in Florida. Jeff and Amy welcomed their first grandchild, Sadie Ann, in 2018.

Craig Warzecha joined the Pirates and Marauders in 2015. As General Manager, he oversees sales & marketing efforts for Pirates Spring Training and the Marauders while also playing an integral role in the daily operations of LECOM Park. A native of South Amboy, NJ, Warzecha moved to Florida to attend the University of Tampa. His career in baseball has included stints with the Lakewood Blue Claws, Minor League Baseball headquarters in St. Petersburg, and the Philadelphia Phillies and Clearwater Threshers. Craig graduated from Leadership Manatee in 2017 and is the past-chairman of the Manatee Young Professionals. Currently, Craig is on the Manatee Chamber of Commerce Downtown Redevelopment Committee. He also serves on the Realize Bradenton Board and the CareerSource Suncoast Board. Away from the ballpark, Craig enjoys reading, exercise, traveling, and taking advantage of the Florida sunshine at the nearest pool or beach. He resides in Bradenton.

Rebekah Rivette joined the Pirates and Marauders in 2019. In her current role, she oversees marketing efforts, the LECOM Park video board, in game entertainment, and media relations for Florida Operations. She previously worked for the Northwest Arkansas Naturals, the double-a affiliate of the Kansas City Royals in the Texas League. She is originally from Hyde Park, NY, and graduated from Queens University of Charlotte. She resides in Parrish and is in the 2023-24 class of Leadership Manatee. When she's not at the ballpark, Rebekah enjoys playing with her dog, traveling, soaking up the Florida sunshine, and going to Disney.

Haley joined the team at the start of the new year of 2022 as the Sales & Marketing Assistant. She now has the title of Coordinator, Fan & Community Engagement. As the Fan & Community Engagement Coordinator, she oversees all aspects of the Community Commitment Program, player appearances, and donation requests. Previously, she's worked with the New York Yankees, USF Athletics, and Super Bowl LV. She is originally from Cedar Grove, New Jersey and earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Tampa. She fills most of her free time by working out, spending time with friends, watching sports, and visiting family. Haley currently resides in Tampa.

Travis Persinger - Manager, Ticket Sales & Service

Travis joined the Pirates and Marauders in 2022. As Manager, Tickets Sales and Service, he oversees group sales, single game tickets, ticket packages, and the day to day box office operations. Travis is a West Virginia native who has been involved with professional, collegiate, or high school athletics for the past 15 years. Before joining the Marauders, he worked within the Data Operations Department of MLB. He graduated from Marshall University with both his bachelors and masters degree while also securing a second masters degree from the American College of Education. In his free time away from LECOM Park, Travis enjoys working out, time with family and friends, and catching as many “Cannonball coming!” calls from Greg Brown as he can on MLB.TV. Travis and his family currently reside in Parrish, Florida.

Sara joined the Pirates and Marauders in 2023. Her career started in the box office during Spring Training, and she now has a full-time position at the Coordinator, Ticket Operations. As Coordinator, she oversees ticket office operations, ticketing systems, and supports ticketing components at the ballpark. She graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2022 with her B.S. in Kinesiology. Originally from Timonium, MD, a suburb of Baltimore, she currently resides in St. Petersburg. In her free time, Sara enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with family and friends.

Daniel became a part of the Pirates and Marauders team in late 2023, moving back to Florida after spending the previous 6 months in Chicago working in the Chicago White Sox sales department. Daniel is taking on the role of Account Manager, where he will oversee the creation and organization group events and fundraisers at LECOM Park. He is originally from Clearwater, Florida and graduated from Florida State University in the Spring of 2023 with a B.S. in Sports Management. Daniel currently resides in Palm Harbor, Florida. He enjoys spending his free time by going out with friends and trying new things, spending time with his dog Nala, and playing some video games.

Ray Morris joined the Pirates and Marauders following the 2012 season. He oversees the operations of Pirate City, one of the busiest facilities in professional baseball. His responsibilities include managing transportation needs for players and executives to and from the facility and coordinating use of the facility by several internal and external groups. Ray is a lifelong resident of Bradenton and a graduate of Manatee High School, where he starred for the Hurricanes football team. Ray graduated from the University of South Florida. He resides in Bradenton.

Tyler Skipper joined the Pirates and Marauders in 2020 after graduating from Southeastern University in 2019. As Stadium Operations Coordinator Tyler oversees setup and tear down of any games or events at LECOM park and any other day to day operations at LECOM Park. Originally from Brooksville, Florida, Tyler attended Southeastern University, served on the School of Honors Leadership Team and work on the game operations team. Tyler also worked for the Leesburg Lightning, a member of the Florida Collegiate Summer League. While not in the ballpark, Tyler still enjoys watching other sports including other baseball games, football, and hockey. Tyler also enjoys golfing during his free time

Meet our Sarasota native with a heart for sports and giving back. Kyle joined the Pirates and Marauders following the 2022 season as a Ticket Sales Representative before moving into his new role in March of 2023. Born and raised in Florida, Kyle has always been passionate about sport business. Since starting college, he has been working in the sport and hospitality industries and have gained invaluable experience. However, his love for sports is not just limited to work; he also enjoys experiencing games in his free time, typically in new environments. In addition, he has dedicated his time to volunteering with several organizations focused on cancer awareness, using his platform to make a positive impact in his community.

Oromans Herring joined the Pirates and Marauders in 2023 with a wealth of experience in concession and hospitality industry. Hailing from Georgia, he previously served as a Concessions Manager for the Atlanta Hawks. Before that, he played a pivotal role at the Hard Rock Stadium, overseeing the recruiting process. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Saint Leo University along with a Masters in Human Services Management. In addition to his professional achievements , Oromans has a rich personal life having been happily married for 19 years and a proud parent of five beautiful children. During his free time he enjoys fishing, golfing, football, and softball.

Jason Parry joined the Pirates and Marauders at the beginning of 2023. LECOM Park is the first concessions experience Jason has had in his career, but he has had gained plenty of knowledge from attending many sporting events and concerts over the years in the Tampa bay area and all over the world. Jason and his wife Nikki love traveling to different stadiums in different cities all across America when they are not with their beautiful daughters Freya & Avery, as well as baby boy Brady coming January 2024. Jason grew up in North Carolina until he graduated high school then moved to west Bradenton to help his parents manage their restaurant where he learned most of his culinary skills.
