(Scotiabank Field at Nat Bailey Stadium) - Just hours after getting shutout at home by Tri-City, the Vancouver Canadians bounced back with a 12-hit assault on the Dust Devils combined with six scoreless innings from a bullpen that helped the C's draw even in this three-game series.

After falling behind 2-1 in the top of the 2nd inning, the Canadians would score the final five runs of the ballgame as 2B Kevin Vicuna (3-for-4), 1B Kacy Clemens (2-for-4) and C Owen Spiwak (2-for-3) paced the Vancouver attack as Clemens recorded three RBI in the victory.

Canadians starter RHP Jose Espada went three innings allowing a pair of runs in the top of the 2nd inning before giving way to a determined bullpen that saw RHP Bobby Eveld (2.0IP), RHP Yonardo Herdenez (3.0IP) and RHP Brayden Bouchey (1.0IP) secure the win allowing just two hits beyond the 3rd inning with Eveld improving to 2-0 on the season.

With the win, Vancouver is back at .500 (7-7) in the second half of the Northwest League season while Tri-City with the hard-luck loss falls to 8-6 (.571) with Thursday's rubber match set for 1:05pm presented by Scotiabank.
