After falling behind 2-1 in the top of the 2nd inning, the Canadians would score the final five runs of the ballgame as 2B Kevin Vicuña (3-for-4), 1B Kacy Clemens (2-for-4) and C Owen Spiwak (2-for-3) paced the Vancouver attack as Clemens recorded three RBI in the victory.
Canadians starter RHP Jose Espada went three innings allowing a pair of runs in the top of the 2nd inning before giving way to a determined bullpen that saw RHP Bobby Eveld (2.0IP), RHP Yonardo Herdenez (3.0IP) and RHP Brayden Bouchey (1.0IP) secure the win allowing just two hits beyond the 3rd inning with Eveld improving to 2-0 on the season.
