Luxury Lounge

Our largest and most popular space is the Diamonds Direct Luxury Lounge, located on the third floor and overlooking the field from the 1st base side. This space can be set up in a variety of ways, such as round table seating, cocktail tables and chairs or casual furniture with couches, lounge seats and more. For these various layouts, here is the capacity limits:

Formal Round table seating = 200
Cocktail tables and some round table seating = 300

The lounge is also equipped with an 80-inch TV screen, perfect for presentations/videos. There are also additional TVs around the room to display a company logo or scroll of photos for your guests to enjoy. The space comes with a wireless sound system for music and a handheld microphone for speeches/remarks, all at no charge. With a full-service bar, private restrooms, and outdoor seating to enjoy the city skyline views, the lounge is the perfect space for any group size to enjoy an evening for the holidays.

Home Plate Club

Located on the concourse level is our second most popular indoor space, the Budweiser Home Plate Club. The club has a unique layout with three-tiers of high top tables/chairs seating, but one of the best views of the field and the skyline directly behind home plate. This space is popular for cocktail hours, social gatherings, and casual get togethers as opposed to a sit down reception-style event for a maximum of 125 people. The spaces comes with a full service bar, TV screens, a wireless sound system for music and close proximity to restrooms on the concourse.

Suites

For our smaller groups of 60 or less people, we recommend looking into our private luxury suites. These spaces come with casual furniture, high top tables and chairs, a small catering kitchen set up, and a TV in each room. Groups can combine suites for 30-60 people, or possibly rent our largest suite that shares a wall with our outdoor terraces.

Party Terrace

For our smaller groups of 60 or less people, we recommend looking into our outdoor party terraces as well. These spaces come with high top tables and chairs & the benefits of a suite. Groups can range from 30-60 people!

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I am aware that the ice skating/ice slide involves certain inherent risks, dangers, and hazards which can result in serious personal injury or death. I am also aware that ice skating rinks contain dangers that can cause serious injury or death. Hereby freely agree to assume and accept ail known and unknown risks of injury arising out of ice skating activities. I recognize and acknowledge that risks of ice skating can be greatly reduced by: taking lessons, abiding by the Rules and Regulations of the rink, and using common sense.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS AGREEMENTS: For allowing me to participate in public skating or ice slide, l agree to the fullest extend permitted by law as follows: 1) TO WAIVE ALL CLAIMS that I have or may have against the rink arising out of public skating at the rink. 2) TO RELEASE the rink and the Charlotte Knights Baseball Club from all liability for any damage, Injury or expense that I (or my next of kin) may suffer, arising out of ice skating, from any cause whatsoever, including negligence or breach of contract on the part of the rink, in operation, supervision, design or maintenance of the Rink. BE AWARE, SKATE WITH CARE, NO REFUNDS, NON-TRANSFERABLE.
