How does a deposit work?
A season ticket deposit will reserve your option to purchase season tickets for the Charlotte Knights 2021 season. The deposit is risk-free; if you decide not to purchase or our capacity is not able to accommodate your request, your payment is fully refundable.
Does placing a deposit guarantee that I will be able to purchase season tickets?
No, once our schedule is released we will contact each account in the order that the deposits were placed to select from our available seats. If our seating capacity is reduced due to COVID-19 restrictions, we may not be able to fulfil all requests.
Why place a season ticket deposit?
Placing a deposit will not guarantee the purchase of season tickets. However, it is the best way to get access to the best available seats.
How much are season ticket deposits?
$50 per seat for a 18-Game Partial Plans
$75 per seat for our Half-Season Plans
$100 per seat for full season Field Box Seats
$125 per seat for the Budweiser Home Plate Club, Royalty Row, and Diamonds Direct Upper Club Seats

How many deposits do I need to place?
You will need to place a deposit for each seat that you would like to purchase. For example, if you would like to purchase four Field Box Seats, you would need to place a deposit of $400 ($100 per seat).
How much do season tickets cost?
18-Game Partial Plans - $315 per seat
Half-Season Plans - $577 per seat
Field Box Seats - $1,085 per seat
Royalty Row - $1,893 per seat
Budweiser Home Plate Club - $1,860 per seat
Upper Club Seats - $3,640 per seat
When will I be able to select my seats?
Once our 2021 season schedule is released, we will contact each account in the order the deposits were received for you to select your seats.
Will the season ticket deposit be credited towards my season ticket cost?
Yes, your deposit will be credited to your account and applied to your 2021 season tickets.
How are deposits prioritized?
All deposits will be prioritized in the order that they are received. The sooner you place a deposit, the higher you will be on our priority list to select your seat location.
Will there be payment plans for season tickets?
Yes, we offer payment plans for season ticket purchases.
Is my deposit refundable?
Yes. If you elect not to purchase season tickets, you can request to receive a full refund for your deposit. Additionally, if we have a limited capacity due to COVID-19 and cannot fulfill your request, we will refund your deposit.
I did not receive my confirmation email from FEVO. What should I do?
First, check your spam folder for the email from FEVO. If you have your confirmation number, you are in our system and your deposit is being held. If you did not receive an email or do not have confirmation number, email us at [email protected].
