COVID-19 Ticket Policies

Thank you for your patience as we’ve waited for the decision regarding the 2020 season. Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic Minor League Baseball and Major League Baseball have decided to cancel the 2020 Minor League Season for the safety of the players, staff and fans. While we are disappointed to not have a baseball season the health and well-being of our fans has always been our biggest priority. Over the past few months the Tortugas have worked tirelessly to create ticket policies and due to the cancellation of the 2020 Minor League Baseball season, the Tortugas are offering fans holding tickets for games scheduled for the 2020 Regular Season various options. If you have any additional questions or would like any clarification please do not hesitate to contact our Ticket Department directly.

Fans who purchased tickets directly from the Tortugas or TicketReturn.com for any Tortugas home game have the following options:


Full Season Ticket Members

386 Club Full Season Ticket Memberships

Option 1: Take No Action

- A credit will automatically be applied to the renewal of your 2021 Daytona Tortugas season tickets. The credit will be equal to the purchase value of your 2020 season ticket plan for accounts that are paid in full.
- 10% BONUS CREDIT FOR CONCESSIONS & MERCHANDISE : Season Ticket Members who choose this option will also receive a bonus credit equal to 10% of the purchase value of your 2020 season ticket plan. Bonus credits can be used to purchase concessions and merchandise at Jackie Robinson Ballpark through the conclusion of the 2021 season and/or 2020 events at Jackie Robinson Ballpark.

Option 2 : Request Refund

- You may request a refund for the purchase value of your 2020 season tickets.
- Please contact your personal account representative via email, or call the office at 386-257-3172. Please note that accounts with balances due will only be refunded for payments collected. Refunds will be available until September 20, 2020

For accounts with a balance due, a credit will automatically be applied towards the renewal of your 2021 Daytona Tortugas Season Tickets in an amount equal to your current payments. The account will still be responsible for paying the remaining balance for their 2021 Season Tickets in full by April 1, 2021. Season Tickets must be paid in full by September 1, 2020 to receive bonus credit. Additional details regarding the bonus credit redemption will be communicated at a later date.

Group Ticket Deposits

Deposits on Group Tickets and Hospitality Areas

Option 1: Take No Action

- Reschedule your group outing for any 2021 regular season home game, subject to availability. Tortugas will send a revised/addended contract for 2021 and will honor the original price of any group ticket reschedules.
- BONUS CREDIT FOR CONCESSIONS & MERCHANDISE: Group outings that choose this option will also receive a bonus credit of 10% of the group deposit paid to be used for 2021 concessions and/or merchandise. Credit can also be used towards 2020 ballpark rentals.

Option 2 : Request Refund

- You may request a refund for the deposit payment of the purchase of the tickets from the 2020 Season.
- Please contact your personal account representative via email, or by calling the office at 386-257-3172.
- Refunds will be available until September 20, 2020

Individual Game Ticket Buyers

Option 1: Take No Action

-Tickets from any 2020 regular season games can be exchanged for any 2021 regular season game, subject to availability. Contact the Ticket Sales Office at 386-257-3172 to exchange the tickets for the game(s) you prefer once the 2021 Season is set for individual sales.

-Buyers will be issued 1 Hot Dog Voucher per 2020 individual game ticket purchased. Vouchers will be available for pick up at the first game attended in the 2021 Season.

Option 2 : Request Refund

- You may request a refund for the purchase value of the tickets from the 2020 Regular Season games. Please contact the Tortugas via email at [email protected]. - Refunds will be available until September 20, 2020

Fans with tickets obtained through Tortugas donations will be eligible to exchange their tickets for select 2021 home games, which will be available for exchange after 2021 single game tickets go on sale. Exchanges only for these select tickets; no credits or refunds will be issued. Tickets that have been purchased from a secondary market reseller cannot be refunded, credited or exchanged by the Tortugas. Fans holding tickets that have been purchased through a secondary ticket reseller must consult their point of purchase for information.

Flex Ticket Packages

Undated Ticket Packages

Option 1: Take No Action

- A credit will automatically be applied to the renewal of your 2021 Daytona Tortugas flex package tickets. The credit will be equal to the purchase value of your 2020 ticket plan.
- 10% BONUS CREDIT FOR CONCESSIONS & MERCHANDISE : Ticket package holders who choose this option will also receive a bonus credit equal to 10% of the purchase value of your 2020 ticket plan. Bonus credits can be used to purchase concessions and merchandise at Jackie Robinson Ballpark through the conclusion of the 2021 season.

Option 2 : Request Refund

- You may request a refund for the purchase value of the ticket portion of the package. Please contact your personal account representative via email, or by calling our offices at 386-257-3172
- Refunds will be available until September 20, 2020

Silver Sluggers Membership Club

Option 1: Take No Action

-Your 2020 Membership will automatically be transferred to a 2021 Membership of equal value. Additional information on the 2021 membership will be announced as the 2021 schedule is finalized.

-10% BONUS CREDIT FOR CONCESSIONS & MERCHANDISE : Ticket package holders who choose this option will also receive a bonus credit equal to 10% of the purchase value of your 2020 season ticket plan. Bonus credits can be used to purchase concessions and merchandise at Jackie Robinson Ballpark through the conclusion of the 2021 season.

Option 2 : Request Refund

- You may request a refund for the full purchase value of the Membership Package. Please contact the Tortugas Ticket Department via email [email protected] or by calling our offices at 386-257-3172.
- Refunds will be available until September 20, 2020

Specialty Ticket Packages
