Access and manage your Daytona Tortugas tickets using your MyProVenue or MyTickets account. You will be able to save, print, and forward your tickets from home just in time for gameday at The Jack!

Digital tickets provide you with an easy, low-contact ticketing experience. You MUST create a MyProVenue account BEFORE proceeding with instructions.

Log into MyProVenue to access your ticket inventory, print, forward, or add tickets to your mobile wallet.

Access Via MiLB App

Download the MiLB First Pitch app by clicking here. Set your favorite team to the Daytona Tortugas. Once on the team page, click the button that says manage tickets.

At the login page, create a password with the SAME email you used to purchase the tickets. EDITORS NOTE: All tickets will be associated with the SAME email you use to buy tickets over the phone or online.

Once logged in to your​ account, tap “View Tickets” to view tickets for your next game or tap “View All Ticket Inventory” to view future dates.​

Tap on a specific ticket to view the barcode.​

Get the barcode scanned at the gate and have a blast at The Jack!​

Redeem Your Vouchers

At the login page, create a password with the SAME email you used to purchase the tickets. EDITORS NOTE: All tickets will be associated with the SAME email you use to buy tickets over the phone or online.

Once you are in your account, click on the Menu tab in the upper hand corner and click on “My Tickets”. Then click on the “Vouchers” tab on the right side of your screen.

Scroll down and click on “Voucher Action”. From there you can “Forward” the vouchers to friends of family or “Redeem” the vouchers. Click on the vouchers you would like to redeem

Choose the game you would like to attend. Click ok on the blue button at the next menu and then select a section on the seating map to see the available seating for that game. After you select your seat, hit the blue button at the bottom to see your selected seat. If satisfied, click continue

After hitting continue, you are able to review your seats one last time. If satisfied, click agree to terms and then place order at the bottom of the screen.

At the front page of your account you will click on “View Tickets” to have the bar code show up to enter the game

Digital ticketing provides a safe, convenient and secure way for Tortugas fans to use and share game tickets. It also helps prevent lost, forgotten and fraudulent tickets and provides a contactless entry solution for all fans coming through the gates at Jackie Robinson Ballpark.

Digital tickets can be accessed in one of two ways. After purchasing tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with a link that says, “Click here to access your tickets.” Tickets can be viewed and scanned on a mobile device or printed off at home. If you are unable to locate that confirmation email, you can also access your digital tickets by logging into your My Tickets account directly.

A QR code or barcode (depending on the type of digital ticket used) will be shown on the screen of your mobile device at the gates and scanned by one of our ticket takers for entry.

Yes, you can swipe to view and scan multiple tickets on a single phone. For example, if a family of 4 people are walking into the game together, only one person would need to show the 4 tickets on their phone.

Yes! To save tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet, view your confirmation email on your mobile device and select either “Click here to add your tickets to Apple Wallet now” or “Click here to add your tickets to Google Wallet now.”

You are still able to purchase, use, print and share Tortugas tickets without a mobile device. All necessary ticket actions can be completed by logging in to your My Tickets account on a computer and printing the selected tickets.

You can reset your password by clicking ‘Reset Password’ on the My Tickets login page. You will receive an email with a temporary password. If you have difficulties resetting your password, please visit the Tortugas Box Office or call us at (386) 257-3172.

Jackie Robinson Ballpark provides fans with free WiFi throughout the ballpark, but we recommend pulling up your digital tickets on your mobile device prior to arriving at the Jack.
