Ladies Night and Fight for a Cure
DUNEDIN, FL - The Dunedin Blue Jays will host Ladies Night and Fight for a Cure Night when the club squares off against the Palm Beach Cardinals for game three of the four game set on Saturday, August 1st. The game is scheduled for 6:30PM and gates will open at 5:30PM.
Ladies Night will begin with a 'Yoga in the Outfield' class presented by The Yoga Room. The 30-minute yoga session will get underway at 5:30PM and those that participate will receive a free Dunedin Blue Jays and Yoga Room water bottle to commemorate the event. All ladies are asked to bring their own yoga mats.
During the course of the ballgame, ladies may enjoy BOGO Blue Jays margaritas. Additionally, local boutiques and salons will be raffling off great prizes throughout the night.
After the game has concluded, the main event will take place on the field for all ladies that are at least 18-years-old, the Diamond Dash sponsored by Maurice Jewelers. Jewelry boxes will be scattered over the field with one of those boxes containing a diamond as the night's grand prize. Tickets for Ladies Night that include a spot in the yoga class, a water bottle, and a seat at the game are $10. General admission tickets are seven dollars ($7). On the same evening, the Dunedin Blue Jays are very proud to host Fight for a Cure Night. The players will be wearing purple wristbands and playing in honor of loved ones.
Cancer survivors, caregivers, and family members are all invited and encouraged to come out to Florida Auto Exchange Stadium for free by filling out the Fight for a Cure Night Free Ticket RSVP Form, which may be found at DunedinBlueJays.com, or by calling 727-733-9302.
Survivors will be recognized pre-game and throw out the ceremonial first pitch. Furthermore, proceeds from the night's 50/50 raffle will benefit the Junior League of Clearwater-Dunedin and proceeds from 'Opportunity to Win' will benefit the American Cancer Society. In the spirit of the evening, three dollars ($3) of every ticket sold will go to the American Cancer Society. Fans may purchase tickets for six dollars ($6) in advance online using the code CURE for the discount, and seven dollars ($7) on the day of the game at the box office.

Saturday night's game against Palm Beach is a Cobb Theatres 'Jays Win, You Win Saturday.' If the Jays defeat the Cardinals, fans' ticket stubs are good for one (1) free movie at Cobb Theatres in Clearwater.
