Will you be social distancing the DBAP?
Yes. Social distancing will be based on state and local guidelines. Once you redeem your credit, seats that would be around you will be socially distanced. Available tickets are already distanced from other available seats throughout the DBAP. All tickets will be sold in pods of varying sizes between two and six people. You may be asked to purchase an entire pod in order to maintain proper social distancing.
Currently North Carolina is at 50% capacity for the ballpark. How does that affect the number of tickets available?
Current North Carolina guidelines allow a 50% capacity provided social distancing measures are still in place. While some additional seating options will be added, in order to maintain social distancing throughout the ballpark we must operate at a lower capacity than 50%. As a result, we have a limited number of tickets available to select from.
What other COVID-19 protocols and policies will be in place this season?
We are currently working with our local and state health officials in finalizing our COVID-19 protocols and policies for this season. As soon as those are finalized, we will share those on this website. Currently, masks are required to be worn at Durham Bulls Athletic Park unless eating or drinking.
What happens if I do not use this credit this month?
Credits can be carried for the entire 2021 season. If you do not use them in the month that is open, you may still use them for the rest of the season. In the event the Bulls are eligible for a Postseason, you may also redeem credit for those games.
How will I receive my tickets this year?
For the health and safety of our fans and employees, this year we will be going digital with our tickets. To find all of the information on how to digitally scan your tickets, please visit our 919 Member Headquarters page. There are How-To Videos on that page, as well as on the online portal.
