HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

1. You can purchase up to 10 passes, so if you want to sit with family and friends, be sure to buy all your Chihuahuas Passes in one transaction.
2. Once you've purchased your Chihuahuas Pass register your passes by going to chihuahuas-pass.com on your iPhone or Android. You may register your pass beginning 48 hours prior to the start of the first game included in your Chihuahuas Pass subscription. 
3. On each game day during the month your Chihuahuas Pass is active, you will receive a text message letting you know if passes are available for that game. This message will also allow you to secure your pass for that game simply by clicking the link in the message.
4. Two hours before scheduled first pitch of the game to which you've accepted a pass, we will text you with your ticket assignment for that game. Your ticket location will be different for each game, ranging from Standing Room Only, to select seats in the seating bowl, all the way up to City Hall Grill seats. Ticket assignments are based on availability and time of daily pass acceptance.
5. Accept your tickets, scan in with your digital barcode and enjoy the game!
6. Your Chihuahuas Pass will auto-renew on the 20^th of each month through July 20, 2018. You may choose to opt-out of your Chihuahuas Pass by contacting the El Paso Chihuahuas Ticket Office before the 20th day of the month prior.

Q: Which phones are supported?
A: The pass is supported by iPhones and Android phones.

Q: Can I use an iPod touch?
A: We only support iPhones and Android phones, not iPods.

Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?
A: Chihuahuas Pass is a mobile-only program integrated with chihuahuas-pass.com. There are no printed tickets. Admission to Southwest University Park and ticket assignments will be managed exclusively through your iPhone or Android.

Q: Can I purchase the pass if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?
A: Not at this time. You will be unable to enter Southwest University Park.

Q: Are Chihuahuas Pass tickets refundable?
A: Chihuahuas Pass purchases are non-refundable.

Q: Which games are included with my Chihuahuas Pass?
A: Your Chihuahuas Pass includes access to all home games during the month your Chihuahuas Pass is active (excluding July 2-3 during the month of July).

Q: What happens if a game is rained out?
A: If you have scanned in your ticket via Chihuahuas Pass and the game is rescheduled due to weather, unfit playing conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, game tickets may be exchanged for a future event in the same regular season at the discretion of the organization, based on availability by visiting the Chihuahuas Ticket Office.

Q: How do I get into Southwest University Park with my Chihuahuas Pass?
A: Your ticket for all games to which you accept a pass can be found at chihuahuas-pass.com on your iPhone or Android Phone. Go to chihuahuas-pass.com and create (or login to a pre-existing) El Paso Chihuahuas ticket account using the same email address used to purchase your Chihuahuas Pass.

Q: Am I allowed to enter Southwest University Park before I receive my seat location for that game?
A: Yes! In the event you arrive to the ballpark before your assigned ticket is generated on your mobile phone your barcode will allow you access into Southwest University Park via Standing Room Only, even before a potential seat location for that game is assigned (based on availability).

Q: How does my guest scan in?
A: All barcodes will be on one device at chihuahuas-pass.com. If you have a group of two, for example, both barcodes can be scanned from one device. You and your guest will need to arrive at Southwest University Park together.

Q: Am I guaranteed a seat for all games with the Chihuahuas Pass?
A: The barcodes associated with your Chihuahuas Pass for each specific game will give you Standing Room Only access to the ballpark. Two hours before scheduled first pitch for each game, if Chihuahuas Pass seats are available, you will be assigned seat locations for no additional cost.

Q: Can I sit near a non-Chihuahuas Pass Holder?
A: We cannot guarantee any seat location or availability, so we cannot guarantee that any available seats will be available next to a specific non-Chihuahuas Pass Holder. Q: What if I want to upgrade my ticket location once a location has been assigned to me?
A: Chihuahuas Pass features a variety of select seat location options based on availability and time of daily pass acceptance. Based on availability, you may have the opportunity to upgrade to seats that are not a part of the Chihuahuas Pass at an additional cost. 

Q: Can I sell my pass for games that I do not attend?
A: No, passes are non-transferable.

Q: Can I share my pass with someone else?
