What is a “zero-risk” deposit for a 2021 Chihuahuas group outing or private hospitality event?
For the first time, the Chihuahuas are offering refundable $75 per event “zero-risk” deposits. This is an opportunity to plan your group outing with the flexibility to adjust, transfer, or postpone if plans change. A “zero-risk” deposit is the perfect way to secure your priority to select from the bast game dates and seating arrangements with peace of mind knowing you are in full control of your event.
What are the benefits of placing a “zero-risk” deposit?
In addition to the peace of mind of getting ahead of the curve, based on the date and time that you place your “zero-risk” deposit, your place in line will be held now so that you can choose the best game date, seating location, and group experiences later. Currently, we are not able to guarantee any game dates or seating locations at the time of a deposit.
What happens if my group’s plans change after I place a “zero-risk” deposit?
We understand that plans may change and are here to help. As long as a deposit refund is requested prior to March 1, 2021 your “zero-risk” deposit is fully refundable. A Chihuahuas Groups & Hospitality Account Executive will be available to you every step of the way, so we are confident we can help with any situation that may arise.
Where can I place a “zero-risk” deposit?
“Zero-risk” deposits are available in multiple ways. Regardless of what seating location you choose to place a deposit for, your place on the priority list is determined by the date and time of your deposit:

What happens after I place a “zero-risk” deposit?
Once you place a “zero-risk” deposit and answer a few quick questions including preferred method of contact, you will receive a payment receipt. Within 24 business hours, a Chihuahuas Group & Hospitality Account Executive will contact you via your preferred contact method to serve as your personal representative.
When will I have the opportunity to select a specific game date and seating location?
Once the 2021 Minor League Baseball schedule is released, we will work quickly with you to determine the best game date and seating location based on your group’s preferences. Until that time, your personal Chihuahuas Account Executive will be in touch regularly to stay up to date on your preferences and ensure you have any new information that may become available.
Will my “zero-risk” deposit be credited towards my event cost?
Yes, your $75 deposit will be credited as payment towards your event cost once you have selected your game date and seating location. Online deposit service fees applied at checkout will not be credited towards your event cost.
