SeaWolves Welcome Alan Trammell on August 28
On Friday, August 28, the SeaWolves will welcome former Detroit Tigers shortstop Alan Trammell to Jerry Uht Park for a VIP Meet & Greet and one-hour autograph session on Tigers Affiliate Day.
Fans will have the opportunity to meet Trammell, who had a 20-year Major League career (all with the Tigers). Trammell earned six Major League All-Star selections, four Rawlings Gold Glove Awards, and 1984 World Series Most Valuable Player honors. Alan currently serves as a Special Assistant to Detroit Tigers General Manager Al Avila.
Also that night,the first 1,000 fans (15 & up) will receive a free t-shirt courtesy of Time Warner Cable commemorating the SeaWolves' 15-season affiliation with the Tigers. Additionally, over 50 Tigers prizes will be awarded during the game, including Detroit Tigers game tickets and collectibles. One lucky SeaWolves fan will win a VIP Experience at Comerica Park including game tickets, a meal in the Bacardi Champions Club, and the opportunity to meet a current Tigers player.
VIP Meet & Greet Picnic Information
- Participants in the VIP Meet & Greet picnic will have the opportunity to enjoy a 90-minute picnic in the right field picnic garden featuring Smith's Hot Dogs, hamburgers, baked beans, potato salad, watermelon, UTZ Chips & Pepsi fountain drinks.
- Exclusive autograph session with Alan Trammell prior to the general public autograph session.
- Box Seat ticket to the game to watch the SeaWolves take on the Harrisburg Senators (Washington Nationals).
