Parking
The nearest parking garage is located on 10th Street (between State and French), a 2-block walk from UPMC Park. Metered street parking is available and enforced Monday through Saturday from 8 AM-6 PM (it is not enforced on Sundays). In the event of high-volume events or multiple downtown events, and additional automated parking garage is located at 9th and Peach (three blocks from UPMC Park). Entrances to that garage are located on both 8th and 9th Streets. 8th Street is a one-way street headed east toward the ballpark. The entrance on 9th Street is across from the Gannon iHack building. Enter UPMC Park at 9th Street
The entrance to UPMC Park is located at 9th Street. It was relocated prior to the 2021 season following major renovations to the stadium. All bags are are subject to search.
Prohibited Items
Outside food and beverages, containers larger than 16" x 16" x 8", beach balls or other inflatables, glass bottles, fireworks, firearms or other weapons (e.g., knives), laser devices and pointers, skateboards and roller blades, toy guns and knives (including water guns), sticks and clubs, unmanned aerial vehicles, aerosol cans, hard sided coolers.
Guest Services
If you need assistance during the game, please see the nearest available usher or visit the Blaze Pizza Guest Services Center, a black and orange kiosk located just inside the stadium entrance.
Food & Beverages
In accordance with league policies, no outside food or beverages are permitted into the ballpark. Concession stands and portable stands are located throughout the stadium to serve your needs. For the health and safety of stadium personnel, please do not leave unwanted food, drinks, or packaging at your seat when you depart. Trash and recycling receptacles are located throughout the stadium for your convenience.
Most Locations Are Cashless
UPMC Park does NOT accept cash at all concessions locations. All portable carts (South of the Border, Bud & Burgers, draft beer carts, etc). and most concession registers are cashless. If you plan to pay with cash, please check for availability at the location before getting in line. If you would like to exchange cash for an electronic food & beverage payment card, you may do so at the Advance Ticket Window (look for the Tickets awning just inside the entrance of UPMC Park).
Cash is accepted at select registers at the Cannonball Cafe, The Galley, Grub & Grog, the Sweet Spot, the Bud Light Party Deck, and the Smith's Hot Dog Hut.
Skip the Line with Mobile Ordering
To help you enjoy more of the game and spend less time in line, a free mobile ordering option is available. You can use the camera app on your phone to scan one of the available Mobile Ordering QR codes located inside UPMC Park or click this link. If you permit text notifications, you will be notified when your order is ready for pick up at The Galley (third base concourse) or Bud Light Party Deck (upper deck in right field). We strongly recommend use of this service on high-volume game dates.
If you purchase alcohol via the mobile ordering solution, you will be asked to provide the require proof of age at the time of pick-up. You can access the menu for each mobile pick-up location using the images below.
July 3 Details
Gate & Game Time
Game time on Monday, July 3 is 6:05 p.m. The main UPMC Park entrance at 9th Street opens at 5 p.m. The Captain's Club gate will open for season ticket holders at 4:45 PM. Tickets can be purchased here while seating availability remains.
All-American BBQ
The All-American BBQ is available only with advance purchase (by June 30, 2025). It cannot be purchased on game day. The 2025 menu includes: BBQ chicken breasts, pulled pork, cheeseburgers, Stouffer’s Mac & Cheese, Bush’s baked beans, potato salad, cupcakes, and fountain Pepsi drinks.
All-American BBQ Pricing:
- Upper Box Seat Ticket + BBQ: $40
- Lower Box Seat Ticket + BBQ: $43
- Captain's Club Member a la carte BBQ: $24 (contact UPMC Park Ticket Office to buy)
If you have an All-American BBQ ticket, please enter the park and proceed to the right field Picnic Perch. At the entrance to the Picnic Perch, your ticket will be checked and you will be issued a wristband providing access to the meal and soft drink area, which includes picnic table seating. Food and beverage service time is 6:00-7:30 PM (90 minutes).
Fireworks
The start time of a fireworks show will vary based on the game time and length of game. For July 3, 2023, a 6:05 PM game time was scheduled to accommodate team travel. The expected start time of fireworks is approximately 9:30 PM, but a longer game, such as one with extra innings. may necessitate a later show time. An average Double-A game lasts 2 hours 38 minutes.
The July 3rd show is a MEGABLAST show, which is the largest in UPMC Park history with more than double the number of shells used in a typical postgame fireworks show. The environment will be loud, and we encourage you to bring ear protection for those who may wish to mute the sound of fireworks and the accompanying soundtrack.
For fan safety, select sections of the ballpark must be cleared prior to the start of the show. These sections include the Bud Light Party Deck, right field Picnic Perch, Lower Box sections 102-104, and Upper Box section 201. Fans in these sections will be asked to move to any available seating location following the conclusion of the baseball game.
Fans who purchase light-up items from the SeaWolves Team Store will be permitted to watch the fireworks from the field in front of the SeaWolves dugout. Fans will enter/exit the field between sections 110 and 111 prior to the fireworks.

The July 3rd MEGABLAST Fireworks Show is presented by the Pennsylvania Lottery. Upon exit, fans ages 18 & up will receive a special offer from the Pennsylvania Lottery.
