Right-handed pitcher Mason Black started on the mound at P.K. Park. In five innings, he allowed three hits, one run, walked two, and struck out seven. He was awarded the win for his performance.

Eugene came out of the dugout ready to play as they got their first run in the first inning. Carter Williams hit his fourth home run of the season over the right-center field wall.

A few innings later, Jairo Pomares doubled on a fly ball to the left fielder, leading to two runners coming home to make the score 3-0.

In the sixth inning, Vancouver scored their first run after right fielder Gabriel Martinez hit an RBI groundout to second base.

An inning later, Pomares singled on a fly ball to left field, and Vaun Brown scored their fourth and final run of the night.

The night ended with Vancouver scoring their second run after left fielder PK Morris hit an RBI single to left field.

The Emeralds will strive to keep this momentum alive for the fourth game of the series. The first pitch will be thrown at 6:35 pm PT, and the game will be available on MiLB.TV.
