By participating in this car giveaway, entrants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Sponsor: This giveaway is sponsored by Kiefer Used Cars and the Eugene Emeralds Baseball Club.

2. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of Oregon who possess a valid Oregon Driver's License (ORDL) and proof of current vehicle insurance. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. To enter, individuals must complete a registration form at the Eugene Emeralds home game on July 30th. Only one entry per person will be accepted. One winner will be randomly selected,

3. Prize: The prize for the July 30th game has yet to be determined, check back soon for more details!

4. Vehicle Sale: The vehicle will be sold to the winner for the price of $1.

5. Winner Responsibility: The winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to, sales tax), title, registration, and all other fees associated with the transfer of ownership of the vehicle at the Oregon Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). The winner must provide proof of a valid Oregon Driver's License and current vehicle insurance to take possession of the vehicle.

6. Titling and Bill of Sale: Kiefer Mazda will be responsible for providing the bill of sale and handling the initial titling of the vehicle.

7. Acceptance of Prize: The winner must accept the prize as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made. This vehicle will be sold to the winner AS-IS.

8. Release of Liability: By participating in this giveaway, entrants release and hold harmless Kiefer Automotive, the Eugene Emeralds Baseball Club, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and all others associated with the development and execution of this giveaway, from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from participation in this giveaway, the acceptance or use of the prize, including but not limited to any claims related to the condition of the vehicle. There winner will receive the vehicle AS-IS, in its present condition, with all faults.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties: KIEFER AUTOMOTIVE AND THE EUGENE EMERALDS BASEBALL CLUB EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Kiefer Automotive and the Eugene Emeralds Baseball Club to use their name, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

11. General Conditions: Kiefer Automotive and the Eugene Emeralds Baseball Club reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other cause beyond their control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway. Kiefer Automotive reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
