Two Games Back, 12 Home Games Left: Grizzlies Host Stockton Ports With Playoff Spot on the Line

FRESNO, CA – The Fresno Grizzlies open a six-game homestand against the Stockton Ports tonight at Chukchansi Park with a playoff spot on the line. Fresno enters the series two games back of Stockton in the second-half standings. With six of Fresno’s final 12 home games coming against the Ports, the Grizzlies control their own path to the postseason.

Friday, August 21 – Princess Night, Touch-a-Truck, and Friday Night Fireworks

Chukchansi Park becomes a kingdom for a night. Princess Night invites fans of all ages to dress in their royal best, while Touch-a-Truck rolls in with big rigs, emergency vehicles, and heavy machinery for kids to climb on, honk, and explore. The evening ends in spectacular fashion with Friday Night Fireworks presented by Community Health System, lighting up the Downtown Fresno sky.

Saturday, August 22 – Dino Nugget Night and Plush Giveaway

The prehistoric takes over the present. Dino Nugget Night brings a full slate of dino-sized fun to the ballpark, and the first 1,500 fans through the gates will take home a Dino Nugget Plush Giveaway. Fans can also expect food specials featuring dino nuggets, of course!

Sunday, August 23 – Chukchansi Heritage Night

The Grizzlies close the series by celebrating the culture, history, and traditions of the Picayune Rancheria of the Chukchansi Indians with Chukchansi Heritage Night presented by Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino.
