Gates Open: 11:00am | First Pitch: 12:05pm
How much do tickets cost?
Tickets will be $6 per person and all attendees will require a paid ticket for entry. Children aged 3 and under do not require a ticket, provided they do not occupy a reserved seat in the ballpark.
Do I need to reserve tickets ahead of time and how does the process work?
Availability is limited so we encourage groups to place a reservation as far in advance as possible. Final numbers and full payment are requested 21 days prior to the game date. No refunds will be issued for unused tickets.
Is there a package that includes lunch?
Yes! We offer a $12 ticket package that includes a game ticket and lunch (hot dog, chips, and water).
If our group purchases the lunch + ticket option, how do we receive our lunches and where do we eat?
There will be more details communicated to the group leader about how the lunches will be distributed closer to your game date. In order to make sure our Food & Beverage team can prepare and have enough product, please let confirm with the Cannon Ballers no later than one month prior to the game date your final numbers. We encourage all groups to consume their lunches at their designated seat locations.
What times do gates open and when does the game start?
Gates open at 11:00am and the baseball game begins at 12:05pm. We encourage groups to arrive early as the fun begins the moment you set foot in the ballpark!
What time will the game end?
Baseball does not have a set end time due to a variety of different factors. Typically, games usually run at least 2.5 hours.
When will we receive our tickets?
Tickets will be printed and available starting at a later date.
Can we pick up the tickets at the Box Office in advance?
Yes, we encourage groups to pick up the tickets in advance if possible -- This will expedite the entry process.
If I pickup the tickets in advance, when should we distribute tickets to our campers/group?
For groups picking up in advance, please do not have the chaperones distribute tickets to the campers until they get off the bus at the stadium as the Cannon Ballers are not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets.
Can we pick up tickets on the day of the game?
Yes, please have the group leader report to the Box Office, which is located outside of Gate 1.
Do we have assigned seats?
Yes, due to the large volume of tickets sold for the game. All your tickets are numbered with an assigned seat location.
Where should our buses drop off?
To help expedite the entry process, if not picking up tickets on the day of the game, please have bus drivers drop campers/chaperones off at Gate 3.
Where will the buses park during the game?
After dropping everyone off, drivers should proceed to the designated grass lot, located outside of Gate 3.
