MEDIA INFORMATION - LAS VEGAS BALLPARK

Media Credentials can be obtained by contacting Jim Gemma by phone (702) 943-7226 and by e-mail ([email protected]). E-mail requests must specifically state the applicant's organization and requested date. Please provide 1-to-2 days notice.

Photographers are allowed on the field prior to the game ONLY with proper credentials displayed at all times. During the game, photographers may work from the designated photographer sections (1st & 3rd base photo wells) in Las Vegas Ballpark. Once the game has started, photographers MAY NOT enter the dugouts or go through dugout tunnels. Cameras are not allowed in the Clubhouse unless a specific request has been approved.

*Clubhouse Access is allowed to credentialed media beginning three hours prior to game time (4 p.m. for a 7 p.m. game) until 90 minutes prior to game time. It will reopen 15-20 minutes after conclusion of game at the discretion of manager. Clubhouse is closed between games of a doubleheader. NOTE: The clubhouse was closed to the media during the 2021 and 2022 seasons due to COVID-19 protocols. *The 2023 season will be determined at a later date regarding if media access is granted to the home and visitors clubhouses per Major League Baseball protocols.

The James "Doc" Holliday Press Box is located on PRESS LEVEL 4 of the Las Vegas Ballpark and is open to working media beginning four hours prior to game time. Access the press box elevator on the third base side. Game notes, press releases, statistics and rosters will be available. Meals are normally served two-and-a-half hours prior to the game.

Specific Interview Requests should be made to Jim Gemma at least one day in advance of desired date and time.

Post game: A print out of the box score and game play-by-play (upon request) will be available in the press box.
