Frequent Flyer Program

Thank you for being an Aviators Season Ticket member and your continued support during the 2023 season! As we approach the start of the Season Ticket Membership renewal process for the 2024 season, we want to present you with all the important information to help you better understand and navigate the renewal process.

The Las Vegas Aviators Frequent Flyer Program is the easiest and most convenient way to renew your season ticket membership. All season ticket members are automatically opted in for auto renewal for the 2024 season.

Here's How it Works:

Your season tickets will be automatically renewed via on a 6-Month Payment Plan

  • Your designated credit card will be process on the 1st of every month, starting in October
  • If you need to update your credit card, please reach out or update via account manger
  • You have the option to opt-out of Auto-Renewal
  • If you wish to opt out, please contact your ticket representative or email [email protected] by September 23, 2023

Currently Enrolled Members:

  • Your 2023/2024 payments will be automatically processed on the 1st of the month from October through March. No further action is needed to renew.
  • If you wish to pay in full, please contact me at your earliest convenience

  • Season Ticket Member Entry Gate - Exclusive access to a season ticket member only entrance, located on the south side of the ballpark, near our main office
  • Season Ticket Member of the Homestand – Exclusive Swag Bag and First Pitch for the a member each homestand

Additional Perks:

Bonus Credit

  • As a member of the Aviators Frequent Flyer Program and renewing your season tickets by October 1st, you will receive bonus credit to use on merchandise or concessions in 2024
  • Club/Diamond - $100 per seat
  • Full Season - $50 per seat
  • Half/Quarter - $25 per seat
  • Bonus credit will double if you pay in full before November 1st.

How do I enroll in Auto-Renewal?

For existing season ticket members, you are automatically enrolled in Auto-Renewal during the ticket renewal process. For new season ticket members, you will be automatically enrolled for the following season.

When does the Auto-Renewal period commence?

Auto-Renewal payments will begin in October annually. Exact dates will be confirmed 30 days prior to your first payment. If you'd like to opt-out, you will have the option to do so within that 30-day period. In 2023-2024, the Auto-Renewal period will begin August 23. Any opt-out requests must be submitted by September 23 via email or phone call.

What am I authorizing by enrolling in Auto-Renewal?

You are authorizing the Aviators to automatically renew and process payment for your season tickets, and associated handling fees. We will continue to automatically renew and process payment for these items annually if your account remains in good standing, or unless you cancel your Auto-Renewal enrollment prior to commencement of the subsequent season's Auto-Renewal period.

What if I need to cancel my Auto-Renewal?

Enrolling in Auto-Renewal commits you to purchase your season tickets for the full upcoming season. You must opt-out for the following season prior to your first installment due date annually by contacting your Account Executive. Ensure your email or other method of communication is kept up to date and valid. If you fail to cancel prior to the designated deadline, no refunds will be accommodated after the initial charge. The initial due date for the first installment typically occurs on or around October 1st of each year. For 2023/24, the deadline for currently enrolled members to opt-out is September 23rd.

If I opt-out of Auto Renewal, does it cancel my season tickets?

No, you are simply opting out of that specific payment plan. You can still renew your season tickets before the October 1st deadline.

How is my payment method set up?

You will provide us with your preferred credit card upon enrollment. We will set up your season tickets on the 6-Part Payment Plan which permits your season ticket invoice payment to be paid in 6 equal installments between October-March annually. We will automatically process your card on pre-designated payment plan dates, which we will communicate to you prior to processing your card. If you wish to pay your season ticket invoice in one lump sum payment on or before the first due date for the 6-Month Payment Plan, you may do so by contacting your Account Executive or by calling 702-943-7200.

What is the Payment Schedule?

In 2023-2024, the Auto-Renewal period will begin October 1st. Any opt-out requests must be submitted by September 23 via email or phone call.

Pay in Full

  • Remaining balance will be paid in full on October 1, 2023

6-Month Payment Plan

  • Six equal payments
  • Payments processed on 10/1, 11/1, 12/1, 1/1/24, 2/1/24, and 3/1/24

What if I need to change my credit card?

You can update your credit card online through Account Manager or contact your Account Executive or call 702-943-7200 anytime. It is your responsibility to ensure your preferred credit card is available to be charged through the Auto-Renewal Plan.
