What health precautions are being used at Coca-Cola Park?
· All attendees age two years and older will be required to wear a face covering over their nose and mouth at all times while on the ballpark property other than when actively eating or drinking at their ticketed seats. Exceptions may be made for attendees who cannot wear face coverings for medical reasons and provide written medical verification. These attendees with proper verification will be wrist banded at gate entrances by security for identification purposes.
· Every other urinal and bathroom stall will be closed to ensure social distancing. Additional hand washing and distance signage will be in place in all restrooms. Restrooms will be cleaned and sanitized frequently.
· Restrooms will be monitored as needed throughout the season. Wall mounted and free-standing hand sanitizing stations will made available in each area of the ballpark and restocked appropriately.
Are the IronPigs doing giveaways for the 2021 season?
The IronPigs will be unveiling a promotional calendar at a later date.
What is the bag policy for 2021?
Coca Cola Park will require all bags to be clear for the 2021 season. Exceptions will be made for medical and diaper bags in the facility. Additionally, bags may enter which are not clear, if the patron consents to a physical search of the bag.
What is the policy for smoking at Coca-Cola Park?
Coca-Cola Park will remain a smoke free facility during the 2021 season. Normal smoking areas will be moved outside of the facility.
Will concession stands be open during the 2021 season?
Yes. Concession stands will be open during the 2021 season. Concession stands and menus may be limited in the event that crowd restrictions are in place. Club level attendees will receive information regarding our in-seat wait service at a later date.
Will I have to use mobile tickets?
Tickets for the 2021 season can be printed at home or accessed via mobile. More information on accessing your mobile tickets to come soon.
Do I have to pre purchase parking?
Pre-purchasing parking is strongly encouraged for this season. Parking attendants will be accepting credit and debit card payments during entry. No cash will be accepted.
Are the IronPigs playing?
Yes, the IronPigs will be playing baseball this season! To begin the 2021 season, Coca-Cola Park will be open for IronPigs games at a limited attendance capacity due to State Guidelines and MLB regulations.
Who are the IronPigs playing?
To reduce travel and potential exposure, the International League North Division has been adjusted for the 2021 season. The IronPigs will play the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders, Buffalo Bisons, Syracuse Mets, Worcester Red Sox, and the Rochester Red Wings.

I have rainout tickets from a game in 2019. When can I redeem them?
Rainout tickets will be eligible for games during the 2021 season when Coca-Cola Park resumes at 100% capacity. If not, then they can be redeemed for any game during the 2022 season.
What happens to my season tickets?

Due to Local restrictions you will not be able to sit in your seat for the 2021 season. Everyone joining us at Coca-Cola Park will be seated in socially distanced pods based on availability.
Best way to see a game?
The best way to see a game in 2021 is to purchase a Bacon, USA, Membership plan and enter the lottery for a chance to see us in person. Also, all 72 home games home games will be broadcast live on Service Electric TV!
