Individual Game Tickets to Go On Sale March 1

MIDLAND, Mich. - Beginning on March 1, individual tickets for Great Lakes Loons games will be available for purchase. Fans can acquire tickets through Loons.com, by calling the ticket office at 837-BALL, or by visiting Dow Diamond during normal business hours. Individual game tickets are $9 for a box seat and $6 for a lawn seat. Game-day tickets prices will be $10 for box seats and $7 for lawn.

"We are excited to start individual game ticket sales for 2013 on March 1," said Paul Barbeau, Loons President and General Manager. "For the seventh consecutive season, the Loons will offer tickets starting at $6. Our commitment to affordable family entertainment is made possible by the terrific support of the Great Lakes Bay Region, particularly our sponsors, staff and loyal fans."

Opening Day is Thursday, April 4, when the Loons will take the field for the first time in 2013 and the first 5,000 fans will receive a free magnet schedule. Every Thursday will be a $1 Family Feast Night presented by Chemical Bank, where fans can enjoy hot dogs, 16 oz. Coke products and ice cream sandwiches for one dollar a piece. The Loons will also have 13 fireworks nights at Dow Diamond this season, powered by Dow Corning. Fireworks dates can be found at Loons.com. 

A complete schedule of promotions will be released in the coming days.

The Loons ticket office is also taking orders for the variety of Loons ticket packages available, starting at just $54. New for 2013 is the Michigan Legends Series presented by MidMichigan Health, which features six games that will pay tribute to sports luminaries from the state of Michigan, including Steve Garvey, Ken Morrow, Greg Kelser and Jud Heathcote.
