Season Ticket Membership FAQ's

We are SO appreciative of our season ticket holders AutoZone Park!

Many of the most commonly asked questions concerning Season Ticket Membership Holders and attending Memphis Redbirds games can be answered below.

If there is a question that is not answered below, please call our main offices at (901) 721-6000, visit FansFirst during the game, or the box office windows prior to entering the ballpark.

The Redbirds staff and management takes pride in our customer service and ensuring each and every guest enjoys their trip to AutoZone Park.

Please allow ample time to enter the stadium. Metal detectors will be in use at all gates, and all bags are subject to search.

CAN SEASON TICKET MEMBERS PURCHASE ADDITIONAL TICKETS FOR INDIVIDUAL GAMES?

Yes, season ticket members may purchase additional tickets to individual games based on availability. Season Ticket Members also have the option to exchange tickets for games they cannot attend and add those ticket to another game if they need additional seats. Unused tickets from games that have already passed cannot be exchanged.

HOW CAN SEASON TICKETS BE TRANSFERRED?

  • Members can transfer your season tickets using the forward option on their MyTickets account.
  • Step 1: Log-in to MyTickets account HERE.
  • Step 2: Click the "FORWARD" button on the left side column.
  • Step 3: Select tickets from the member's available inventory that would like to be forwarded.
  • Step 4: Type in the email of chosen ticket recipient.

WHAT TYPES OF LOCATIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR ACCESSIBLE SEATING?

  • Accessible seating is available for season tickets holders in the following sections: 102, 105, 109, 110, and 111.

CAN SEASON TICKET MEMBERS EXCHANGE THEIR SEASON TICKETS FOR WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE SEATING TO A PARTICULAR GAME?

  • Absolutely, if a member needs to exchange their season ticket seats for handicap accessible seats, they can call their dedicated ticket representative and to help them with that exchange. If a season ticket holder does not know their dedicated ticket representative, they can call (901) 721-6000.

ARE SEASON TICKET MEMBERS GUARANTEED PROMOTIONAL ITEMS?

  • Season ticket holders are not guaranteed promotional items, however for an additional fee they can add guaranteed promotional items to their season ticket package (supplies limited).

DO THE REDBIRDS OFFER A TICKET EXCHANGE FOR TICKETS THAT A SEASON TICKET MEMBER WAS UNABLE TO USE?

  • Unfortunately, unused tickets are not to be exchanged once the date has passed. However, since season ticket holder's tickets are fully exchangeable, they can go online within 24 hours of the game that they cannot attend and either bank their tickets for a later game of the homestand or move that game to another future game.

WHEN IS THE FINAL DEADLINE FOR SEASON TICKET PAYMENTS?

  • All season tickets must be paid off by Opening Day, which is March 29th, 2024.

HOW CAN A CURRENT SEASON TICKET HOLDER RENEW THEIR TICKETS FOR THE 2024 SEASON?

  • Season ticket holders can renew their season tickets by reaching out to their dedicated ticket representative or by visiting the FansFirst desk located behind section 100 during any game remaining this season.

CAN SEASON TICKET INVOICES BE PAID ONLINE?

  • Unfortunately, at the moment season ticket invoice is NOT available to pay online.

HOW CAN A SEASON TICKET MEMBER CHANGE THE ADDRESS OR CONTACT INFORMATION ON A SEASON TICKET ACCOUNT?

  • They can change your address or contact information on their season ticket account by either updating the information on their MyTickets account or by reaching out to their dedicated sales representative.
