Train Assistants should be outgoing, friendly, and eager to help guests enjoy their Deck the Diamond experience. Responsibilities include assisting guests as they board and exit the train, helping maintain an orderly line, answering questions, and ensuring guests have a safe and enjoyable ride around the ballpark.
Train Assistants should be comfortable working outdoors in cold, heat, or rain and interacting with guests of all ages.
Ice Rink Attendants should be energetic, approachable, and eager to help guests enjoy their time on the 9,600 sq ft outdoor ice-skating rink for Deck the Diamond. Responsibilities include assisting guests with check-in, distributing and collecting skates, monitoring the rink area, answering questions, and helping ensure a safe and enjoyable skating experience for everyone.
Ice Rink Attendants should be comfortable working in a cold environment and assisting guests of all ages and skating abilities.
Santa's Helpers should be cheerful, outgoing, and excited to help bring the magic of the holiday season to life for guests. Responsibilities include assisting with Santa visits, helping organize guest lines, answering questions, and creating a fun and welcoming experience for families and children.
Santa's Helpers should be comfortable interacting with guests of all ages and working in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.
Fire Pit Attendants should be friendly, attentive, and eager to help guests enjoy a cozy holiday experience at Deck the Diamond. Responsibilities include assisting guests with fire pit seating, monitoring fire pit areas, answering questions, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Fire Pit Attendants must be comfortable working outdoors in cold weather and following all safety procedures.
Guest Services Representatives should be outgoing and eager to assist guests with whatever they may need. Responsibilities range from scanning tickets, checking bags, operating security wands at gates, giving general information and directions throughout the stadium and more. Guest Services Reps will be required to stand for long periods of time outside in the cold, heat or rain.
Associates should be outgoing and willing to talk to guests that enter the Team Store or Kiosks. They are responsible for Team Store set-up, running the register, folding apparel and any other Team Store needs. Providing great customer service to anyone that comes into the Team Store is a must.

Guest Services Representatives should be outgoing and eager to assist guests with whatever they may need. Responsibilities range from scanning tickets, checking bags, operating security wands at gates, giving general information and directions throughout the stadium and more. Guest Services Reps will be required to stand for long periods of time outside in the cold, heat or rain.
Set up and execute in-game promotions, lead the crowd in cheers and rallies from on top of the dugout, entertain and interact with the crowd from entrance to exit, work with mascot to fulfill appearances, dance and conduct contests to hype the crowd and maintain stadium energy.
Responsibilities include maintaining mounds/plates, batting practice setup/tear down, setup for games and other special events, and assisting with field security. Day and night shifts are available.
Responsible for setting up and breaking down sidelines, batting practice, dugouts and bullpens; assisting with field security; shagging foul balls during batting practice and games; collecting bats and balls during the game; assisting umpires, referees, trainers and clubhouse personnel; and helping with load-in/out for the teams.

Responsible for capturing live fan shots, gameplay, fan engagement elements, host stand-ups and more during all Memphis Redbirds home games and other special events at AutoZone Park. Must have experience operating HD cameras and understand the basics of exposure, focusing, and composition.
