MOBILE, Ala. (March 30, 2019) - The Mobile BayBears, the Double-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels, announced Saturday the promotional calendar for all 70 home games at Hank Aaron Stadium during the Farewell Season.
There will be 14 nights of fireworks during the season with the fan-favorite Mobile Chevrolet Friday Night Fireworks Series. The shows will light up the night sky at the conclusion of every Friday night home game. There will also be additional shows following the BayBears games on Opening Night (April 4), July 4, and August 31.
Saturdays will be loaded with giveaway items, including five bobblehead nights. The bobblehead series will begin with Paul Goldschmidt on May 11 presented by Burger King and continue with Max Scherzer (May 25) presented by Burger King, Justin Upton (June 8) presented by Iberia Bank, Jake Peavy (June 22), and a mascot bobblehead (July 27).
May the Force be with the BayBears on Star Wars Night, scheduled for Saturday, August 10. Fans are encouraged to wear a costume to the ballpark and will have an opportunity to meet and take photos with Star Wars characters throughout the evening. There will be Star Wars tributes on the video board, giveaways, and in-stadium contests.
Other Saturday promotions include Remember the Mobile Bears Night on April 27 and Fan Appreciation Night on August 31, the last Saturday of the season. There will be various giveaways and prizes for fans in attendance throughout the evening and a fireworks show following the game.
Every weekday game has a special promotion attached. Thirsty Thursday returns to Hank Aaron Stadium, featuring $1 beers and $2 Pepsi products at the concession stands. Anyone who donates two non-perishable food items, gently used clothing items, and/or books will receive free general admission tickets on Every Monday Matters. Fans can purchase tacos for just $2 on Taco Tuesdays and hot dogs for just $1 on Dollar Dog Wednesdays.
All Saturday games during the Farewell Season will be presented by AutoNation. As a result of this special sponsorship, anyone driving a RAM Truck to a Saturday night game will receive VIP parking in a designated area of the lot.
Each Sunday home game is a Sunday Fun Day and Bark in the Park, sponsored by Raising Cane's. Furry, four-legged friends are welcome to join their owners at Hank Aaron Stadium. All Sunday promotions are for kids, including pregame catch on the field and postgame run the bases. Additionally, there will be several special in-game experiences for kids, such as PA announcer and broadcaster for an inning.

The BayBears open the 2019 season at Hank Aaron Stadium on Thursday, April 4, at 6:35 p.m. against the Pensacola Blue Wahoos and host 70 home dates through Labor Day, September 2. Beginning at 11 a.m. on Fan Day this Saturday, tickets for each game in the opening series will be discounted to $5 for upper-level seats and $10 for lower-level seats. The new BayBears Pass is available, featuring a general admission ticket to every BayBears game at Hank Aaron Stadium for only $19.97 per month. Season ticket packages and partial plans are also available, featuring a 7-game plan and a 12-game option to guarantee bobbleheads and receive tickets to Opening Night, July 4, and select fireworks nights.
