Doug oversees oversee all day-to-day operations for the Sounds and First Horizon Park.

He initially joined the Sounds as an intern in February 2000 and was promoted to serve in a variety of roles before being named to his current post in October 2026.

Along with team ownership, Doug served as the Sounds' point person for the design, project management, and construction teams during the planning and development of state-of-the-art First Horizon Park, which opened in April 2015.

Doug was named by Ballpark Digest as the 2018 Minor League Baseball Executive of the Year. Previously, Scopel was honored by Minor League News as the 2006 P.R. Director of the Year.

Along with fellow senior management staff, Scopel played a pivotal role in helping the Sounds secure two highly-acclaimed industry awards: the 2022 Minor League Baseball Organization Of The Year and the 2019 Triple-A Bob Freitas Award, which recognizes franchises for their community involvement, long-term business success, and consistent operational excellence.

Prior to arriving in Nashville, he served as a media/community relations assistant for the Rancho Cucamonga (Cal.) Quakes.

A Pittsburgh native, Doug earned a journalism degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee.

Danielle Gaw returned to First Horizon Park in October 2026 in the new role of General Manager.

She previously worked for the Sounds in a variety of positions over 11 seasons from 2014 to 2024, serving most recently as the team’s Vice President of Corporate Partnerships from 2022-24.

She is the first female General Manager in the Sounds’ 49-year history and the fifth active female GM among the 30 Triple-A baseball clubs.

Since her departure from the Sounds in 2024, Danielle continued to grow her experience in sports and entertainment through partnership roles with Athletes Unlimited (AUSL) and the Opry Entertainment Group.

She serves on the board for Playmakers Nashville, a Nashville-based collective that elevates women in and around sports at every stage – from college to C-suite.

Prior to joining the Sounds in 2014, Danielle served as the Communications Intern at the Missouri State High School Activities Association, where she helped with publications, media, and state tournaments. She got her start in baseball with the Hannibal Cavemen of the Prospect League in 2011. She has also worked for the Houston Astros and the Mizzou Baseball team.

In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, antique shopping, watching sports and spending time with her golden retriever, Cheerio. Her favorite sports teams are the St. Louis Cardinals, Houston Texans, and the Missouri Tigers.

Katie is responsible for all of the Sounds' accounting functions, including payroll. In addition, she assists with the administration of human resource programs and policies for the team

She was promoted to her current role in December 2024 after originally joining the finance department in May 2021. Katie joined the Sounds as the team's Director of Retail in 2013.

Katie lives in Nashville with her husband, Sam. She is originally from New York City and graduated from Furman University with a Health and Exercise Science degree.

Kevin is the Sounds' Vice President of Ticket Sales & Service, a role he was promoted to in December 2024.

His responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of ticket sales and service related to the Sounds and First Horizon Park. He is also responsible for selling season and group tickets, as well as hospitality areas for corporate outings and private functions.

He was previously in the role of Senior Director of Ticket Sales and initially joined the Sounds in May 2019.

Prior to the Sounds, Kevin served as the Corporate Sales Manager at the Peoria Chiefs where he built corporate partnerships for businesses in the Peoria Area. He spent three seasons working in various sales roles in the Chiefs front office. Kevin began his sports career as a Front Office Intern with the Quad City Mallards of the ECHL in 2015.

Kevin graduated from Augustana College with a Bachelors in Business with concentration in Marketing and Business Management, and is originally from Spring Grove, IL. In his free time, he enjoys playing baseball, going to concerts, and hanging out with friends. His favorite sport teams are the Chicago Cubs, Blackhawks, and Bears.

Kyle, who joined the Sounds in August 2019, is responsible for providing support to our fans at the box office and assisting our ticket sales and service teams with various initiatives.

Prior to the Sounds, Kyle served as the Ticket Sales Manager with the Lexington Legends. He also spent a year working for the Atlanta Braves, his childhood favorite team. Kyle previously worked for the Sounds at Greer Stadium from 2007-08 serving as a Ticket Office Assistant. 

Kyle graduated from the University of Tennessee with an MBA and Masters in Recreation and Sport Management as well as a Bachelors Degree in Sport Management and is originally from Hendersonville, Tennessee. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, playing softball and maintains a bottle cap collection of over 2,500 bottle caps. His favorite sports team is the Atlanta Braves. 

John is the Director of Ticket Sales for the Sounds, a role he was promoted to in November 2025.

In his role, John oversees the ticket sales department for the Sounds. In addition, he is responsible for selling season ticket and partial plan memberships, group tickets and premium hospitality areas as well as providing customer service for Sounds fans with ticket related questions at First Horizon Park.

He previously served as a Senior Account Executive after initially joining the Sounds' front office as a Ticket Sales Representative in January 2023. Prior to joining the team in a full-time capacity, John spent part of the 2021 and the full 2022 season as a fan host at First Horizon Park.

Prior to joining the Sounds, John was a tournament operations intern for the Ripken Experience in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. He also worked with NC State Athletics in their game operations department while in college.

John graduated from North Carolina State University in 2021 with a Bachelor's of Science in Sport Management. He is originally from Roswell, Georgia. John enjoys spending time outdoors, going to the gym and watching sports with his friends. His favorite teams are the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons, NC State Wolfpack and Georgia Bulldogs.

Casey Mae is responsible for selling season ticket and partial plan memberships, group tickets and premium hospitality areas as well as providing customer service for Sounds fans with ticket-related questions at First Horizon Park. She joined the Sounds in January 2025 as an Account Executive and was promoted to her current role in January 2026.

Prior to the Nashville Sounds Casey Mae worked with the East Tennessee State University Baseball team as the Director of Player Operations. While completing her Masters Degree, she served full time with the Savannah Bananas in Group and Fan Experience while focusing on the Fans First mindset and entertaining. Moving from Georgia to South Carolina, Casey Mae began working with the Greenville Drive, the High A Affiliate for the Boston Red Sox. She is now thrilled to work with the Nashville Sounds and be back in her home state of Tennessee.

Casey Mae attended East Tennessee State University receiving Bachelor and Master Degrees in Sports Management with dual minors in Classical Dance and Coaching.

Casey Mae enjoys powerlifting at the gym, line dancing with friends, serving at church, beach trips, and spending time with her family! Shout out to my sweet family who continually demonstrate Christ's love each and every day.

When Casey Mae is not cheering on the Sounds, you can find her cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers or the Savannah Banana teams!

Zach is responsible for selling partial plan memberships, hospitality areas, and group tickets. He also provides customer service for Sounds fans with ticket-related questions at First Horizon Park.

He joined the Sounds in February 2025 and was promoted to his current role that September.

Prior to joining the Sounds, Zach worked with Prep Baseball Report (PBR) in Emerson, Ga., where he served as a data collection intern and then as an operations coordinator.

He graduated from University of Georgia in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management, then received his Master’s Degree from UGA in Sport Management and Policy in 2024.

Zach's favorite things to do outside of work are workout, hangout with friends, and play basketball. His favorite sports teams are the Braves, Patriots, and Celtics.

Iza is responsible for selling partial plan memberships, hospitality areas, and group tickets. She also provides customer service for Sounds fans with ticket-related questions at First Horizon Park.

She initially joined the Sounds in January 2026 and was promoted to her current role that September.

Logan is responsible for selling partial plan memberships, hospitality areas, and group tickets. He also provides customer service for Sounds fans with ticket-related questions at First Horizon Park.

He joined the Sounds in November 2025.

Austin is responsible for selling partial plan memberships, hospitality areas, and group tickets. He also provides customer service for Sounds fans with ticket-related questions at First Horizon Park.

He joined the Sounds in October 2025.

Parker is responsible for selling partial plan memberships, hospitality areas, and group tickets. He also provides customer service for Sounds fans with ticket-related questions at First Horizon Park.

He initially joined the Sounds in January 2026 and was promoted to his current role that September.

Owen is responsible for selling partial plan memberships, hospitality areas, and group tickets. He also provides customer service for Sounds fans with ticket-related questions at First Horizon Park.

He joined the Sounds in January 2026.

Carson plays an essential role in the daily operations of the Ticket Office. He is responsible for providing support to fans at the box office and assisting the Ticket Sales and Ticket Services departments with various initiatives. He joined the Sounds in December 2023 and was promoted to his current role in December 2025.

Prior to joining the Sounds, Carson served as an Event Coordinator with Alliance Sports Marketing in Nashville. He also worked in the University of Tennessee Athletics department as a media relations intern in 2022 and as a ticket sales representative in 2019.

Carson graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management. He attended Western Kentucky University for the first year of college before becoming a Volunteer. Outside of work, Carson enjoys playing basketball, tennis and going on hikes. His favorite sports teams are the Tennessee Titans, Tennessee Volunteers, Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Dodgers.

Kalli plays an essential role in the daily operations of the Ticket Office. She is responsible for providing support to fans at the box office and assisting the Ticket Sales and Ticket Services departments with various initiatives. She joined the Sounds in June 2024.

Prior to joining the Sounds, Kalli served as a Student Ambassador for the Blue Raider Athletic Association at Middle Tennessee State University for three years. She also completed an internship as a Premium Service Intern with the Tennessee Titans. Before joining the Sounds front office, Kalli worked as a Ticket Window Seller at the Sounds box office.

Kalli attended Middle Tennessee State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Leisure and Sport Management. She is pursuing a Masters of Science degree in Sport Management at MTSU. Her favorite hobbies include going to concerts and sporting events (especially Titans games) and spending time with friends and family. Her favorite sports teams are the Tennessee Titans and Tennessee Volunteers.

Hannah, who joined the Sounds in January 2025, is the Sounds' Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships.

Her responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of corporate partnerships and activation at First Horizon Park. She also leads the corporate partnership staff through creating contracts, managing sponsorship inventory and other corporate sales-related tasks.

Hannah joined the Sounds after working three years as the Director of Corporate Partnerships for the Reno Aces. She started her career by working for the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters in the Northwoods League (Summer Collegiate Baseball) for four seasons.

Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, Hannah played soccer at Fort Hays State University while double majoring in Marketing and Sports Management. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, anything that includes being active & competitive, trying new restaurants & breweries, binge-watching horrible reality TV shows, and rooting for the Nebraska Cornhuskers, New Orleans Saints, and US Women's National Team.

Jeff Hem continues to serve as the "Voice of the Sounds" for the 2026 season. He enters his 14th year in Music City and his 20th overall season behind the microphone.

In 2012, Hem arrived in Nashville with eight seasons and over 1,100 games of professional baseball experience under his belt. He spent the previous seven seasons with the Single-A Kane County Cougars of the Midwest League, including 2009 when the Cougars, then an A's affiliate, were managed by former Sounds skipper Steve Scarsone.

Career highlights for Hem include making his regular season Major League broadcast debut in June 2018 with the Oakland A's for a doubleheader at the Chicago White Sox, being part of the radio broadcast team for the 2018 Triple-A All-Star Game in Columbus, Ohio, and calling the inaugural game at First Horizon Park on April 17, 2015. While with the Cougars, he also enjoyed the opportunity to call two minor league games at Wrigley Field in Chicago and Busch Stadium in St. Louis.

His additional duties for the Sounds include sponsorship and corporate sales and performing public speaking engagements. In the offseason, Hem continues to call the play-by-play action for several college and high school games on television and radio.

A native of Aurora, Illinois, and a graduate of the University of Iowa, Hem began his broadcasting career while in college before completing an internship with the Battle Creek Yankees en route to gaining his position with Kane County. He and his wife, Alissa, reside in Hendersonville with their two children.

Luke is responsible for developing new corporate partnerships and managing a portfolio of current partners for the Nashville Sounds at First Horizon Park. In this role, he focuses on creating meaningful brand partnerships that connect businesses with the Sounds’ loyal fan base.

Hammons played four years of varsity baseball in high school before attending Indiana University Bloomington, where he graduated with a degree in Sports Communication. During his time at IU, Luke interned at the Mark Cuban Center for Sports Media & Technology, assisting with social media content and digital campaigns. He later worked for Indy Eleven, where he helped coordinate corporate partnerships and game-day activations. Prior to joining the front office, Luke also spent two seasons as a Fan Host for the Nashville Sounds, giving him a unique perspective on the fan experience at the ballpark.

In his free time, Luke enjoys playing golf, leisurely strolls around Germantown, and attending concerts. He is originally from Carmel, IN. His favorite teams include the Indiana Hoosiers, Indiana Pacers, Indianapolis Colts, and Nashville Predators.

Luke joined the Nashville Sounds in January 2026.

Olivia actively assists with all aspects associated with the implementation, development, and retention of corporate partners at First Horizon Park.

She initially joined the Sounds in September 2024 as an Account Executive and was promoted to her current role in December 2025.

Before joining the Sounds, Olivia interned with NASCAR in Daytona Beach, FL working with Weekly Racing Operations. Graduating from the University of Mississippi in May 2024, Olivia also worked with Ole Miss Athletics in the Fan Experience and Marketing department as well as the Student-Athlete Success Center. She graduated with an Integrated Marketing Communications degree and a specialization in Sports Communication and Promotion.

Minoring in Art, Olivia's favorite hobby is to paint. Other hobbies include baking, spending time with friends and family, and traveling. She grew up in Austin, Texas and Birmingham, Alabama. Olivia's favorite teams are the Ole Miss Rebels, Texas Longhorns, and Chicago Cubs. Hotty Toddy and Hook Em'!

Christopher's responsibilities include overseeing the Nashville Sounds' branding, promotion and entertainment, revenue generation through marketing and advertising campaigns, digital marketing, and social media efforts, including content creation and analytics across all platforms. He joined the Sounds in January 2025.

A proud Nashville native, Christopher Jones, has spent over a decade building in the sports, music, and entertainment industries, playing a key role in transforming soccer in Nashville from an amateur club to the apex of Major League Soccer. With experience spanning every aspect of club operations, Christopher Jones has led efforts to grow fan bases, create unforgettable experiences, and marketable assets to elevate sports in Music City. With deep ties to Nashville and a passion for building impactful fan experiences, Christopher brings creativity, leadership, and vision to the Nashville Sounds.

Neil oversees the Sounds' creative vision with emphasis on digital animation and video production projects. Promoted to the position in 2023, he joined the sounds in 2019 as the Video Production Manager.

Neil has spent 10 years in minor league baseball with previous stops at the Corpus Christi Hooks and Great Lakes Loons. He graduated from Central Michigan University with a Broadcasting and Cinematic Arts degree and is originally from Alma, Michigan.

He enjoy spending time with his family, watching sports, and searching for great bourbon, coffee, and craft beer. Neil resides in Gallatin Tennessee with his wife, Nicole, and their dog Maisie. They are expecting their first daughter in 2024. His favorite sport teams are Chelsea FC, Central Michigan Chippewas, Detroit City FC, US Men's and Women's National soccer teams, Green Bay Packers, Pittsburgh Penguins, Los Angeles Angels, Dallas Mavericks

Rae is responsible for making sure every fan in First Horizon Park has an entertaining experience. She oversees all pre-game ceremonies, on-field promotions, post-game activities and giveaways, among other duties. She was promoted to her current role in January 2026.

She initially joined the Sounds in March of 2022 as a Brand Ambassador and was promoted to the team's Group Theme Coordinator that November. She was later elevated to Promotions & Entertainment Manager in June 2024.

Prior to joining the team, Rae served on the Energy Team with the Nashville Predators, where she helped with in-game production at Bridgestone Arena and made appearances at community events throughout the 2021-2022 season. She is also in her second season with the Nashville Soccer Club as the Mascot Handler.

Rae graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a degree in Communications and is originally from Shakopee, Minnesota. She enjoys going to local coffee shops, record stores, concert venues, reading, and exploring Tennessee waterfalls and hiking trails in her free time. Her favorite sports teams are the Minnesota Timberwolves, Watertown Red Devils, U of M Golden Gophers, Nashville Soccer Club, and Knoxville Ice Bears.

Rae wants to give a special shoutout to her mom, LuAnn, for being the reason she fell in love with baseball!

Drew is responsible for the club's print and digital design efforts, including sales and marketing collateral, social media graphics and ballpark signage.

He joined the Sounds in December 2022. Prior to the Sounds, Drew served as the Graphic Design Manager with the Rome Braves where he designed all print and digital media and oversaw the Press Box and Control Room. He also spent three seasons with the Tennessee Smokies.

Drew graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Sports Management bachelor's degree and is originally from nearby Mt. Juliet. In his free time, Drew enjoys spending time with his wife (Amanda), dog (Jordy) and cat (Flynn). He can also be seen on the hardwood at your local YMCA. His favorite sports teams are the Tennessee Volunteers, Green Bay Packers, Atlanta Braves and Nashville Predators.

Sadie assists our creative department with print and digital design efforts, including sales and marketing collateral, social media graphics and ballpark signage. She joined the Sounds in February 2025.

Carissa oversees the content and engagement on all Nashville Sounds' social media channels, as well as assisting with marketing analytics.

She joined the Sounds in March 2025 as Digital Marketing Coordinator and was promoted to her current role in January 2026.

Carissa has worked in social media, marketing, and promotions for other MiLB baseball teams and loves being part of fostering the connection that people have to the team and to other fans. She also spent time as an Operations Manager where she got to travel the country, but her favorite stop was always Tennessee!

Carissa attended the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Advertising. Her favorite things to do outside of work are traveling, watching sports, and going to concerts.

Cameron is responsible for helping to plan, develop, and execute all aspects of game entertainment at Nashville Sounds home games and events at First Horizon Park.

Wade is responsible for the management of the Team Pro Shop at First Horizon Park. He places the orders for the merchandise displayed in the shop and manages a select staff to help out on game days. He is also responsible for online orders and designing the apparel. He joined the Sounds in February 2016.

Prior to the Sounds, Wade Becker served as the Director of Merchandise for the Daytona Tortugas of the Florida State League, where he oversaw all retail operations of the Tortugas for two years. He also spent four years working for Dick's Sporting Goods.

Wade graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a degree in History and is originally from Conifer, Colorado. In his free time, he enjoys playing with his dogs, seeing movies and attending concerts. His favorite sport teams are the Colorado Rockies, Denver Broncos and the Oklahoma Sooners.

Katie oversees community engagement by Sounds staff and players as well as manages community activations at First Horizon Park. She also coordinates Hometown Hero nominations, the team's Charity of the Game program, and additional community relations projects. Katie joined the Sounds in January 2025.

Katie graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a B.S. in Anthropology and is originally from Blue Springs, Missouri. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time at the field watching her youngest daughter play softball. Her favorite sport teams are Kansas City Chiefs, and Kansas City Royals.

Buddy enters his 25^th year with the Nashville Sounds oversees all game and non-game related activities pertaining to Booster, the Sounds' mascot.

Buddy enjoys meeting new people and talking about the Nashville Sounds. In his spare time, he loves to relax with his wife, Ashley, and their three children: Rebecca, Callix, and Coralie.

Originally from Beaver County, Pa. Buddy is a diehard Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates fan.

Caleb oversees the stadium operations department for the Sounds, including the supervision of ballpark cleanliness and maintenance, parking staff, and security personnel for baseball games and other events held at First Horizon Park.

He was promoted to his current role in November 2025 after serving as Senior Manager of Stadium Operations for the previous four seasons. Caleb joined the team in a full-time capacity in October 2017 after serving as a seasonal operations associate during the 2016 & 2017 baseball seasons.

Prior to the Sounds, Caleb served as a Stadium Operations Intern with the River City Rascals where he was responsible for ballpark maintenance, cleanliness, and assisting the grounds crew. He also spent a semester working for the St. Charles Chill.

Caleb graduated from Lindenwood University with a bachelor's degree in Sports Management and is originally from Rolla, Missouri. In his free time, he enjoys listening to records, learning guitar, and going to shows. His favorite teams are the St. Louis Cardinals, Pittsburgh Steelers, Detroit Red Wings, San Antonio Spurs, and AFC Wimbledon.

Matt assists the stadium operations department for the Sounds, including the supervision of ballpark cleanliness and maintenance, parking staff, and security personnel for baseball games and other events held at First Horizon Park.

Matt was promoted to his current role in December 2024 after joining the ops department in a seasonal role the previous January. He also worked as a fan host with the Sounds in 2022. Matt worked at the University of North Alabama in the athletic department as a Ticket Operations and Sales Coordinator. He graduated from the University of North Alabama and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys golfing, working out and being with friends and family. His favorite sports teams are the Chicago White Sox, the Chicago Bears and Chicago Bulls.

Cameron assists the stadium operations department for the Sounds, including the supervision of ballpark cleanliness and maintenance, parking staff, and security personnel for baseball games and other events held at First Horizon Park.

He initially joined the Sounds in July 2025 as a seasonal assistant and was promoted to his current role that November.

Thomas Trotter is responsible for the maintenance and management of the playing field and landscaping around the stadium. Field maintenance includes the outfield turf, infield turf and dirt, and the warning track.

Under his stewardship, the field at Greer Stadium was honored as the recipient of the 2011 Professional Field of the Year Award for the state of Tennessee by the Tennessee Turfgrass Association. He earned the same award from the Tennessee Turfgrass Association for the field at First Horizon Park in 2016.

He joined the Sounds in April 2009. His previous experience in professional baseball include stints with the Louisville Bats (2006-09) and San Diego Padres (2005).

Originally from Greenville, S.C., Thomas is a graduate of Clemson University. He and his wife, Becky, reside in Gallatin with their daughter, Davis.

Shay joined the Sounds prior to the start of the 2016 season and is responsible for assisting with the maintenance and management of the playing field and landscaping around the ballpark. Field maintenance includes the outfield turf, infield turf and dirt, and the warning track.

In his spare time Shay enjoys fishing, dong jiu-jitsu and spending time with his family. He resides with his wife and daughter in Lebanon, Tenn.

Kris is responsible for assisting with the maintenance and management of the playing field and landscaping around the ballpark. Field maintenance includes the outfield turf, infield turf and dirt, and the warning track.

He joined the Sounds in a full-time capacity in April 2024 after serving as a seasonal groundskeeping assistant during the 2022 and 2023 seasons.

Matt joined the Sounds prior to the 2014 season. He oversees the clubhouse and equipment operations at First Horizon Park during the playing season.

Matt has been working as a clubhouse manager in professional baseball since 2003. Prior to arriving in Music City, he spent the previous seven seasons at the Triple-A level, managing clubhouses in Louisville (2007-12) and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre (2013). He began his pro career with four seasons in the Tampa Bay Rays organization from 2003-06.

Matt has served as a clubhouse manager during each of the last four World Baseball Classics, working with the Cuban and South African teams in 2009, the Brazilian team in 2013, the Italian team in 2017, and overseeing the entire clubhouse operation for the Tokyo, Japan site in 2023.

When not at the ballpark, Matt resides in Alabama with his wife, Hope, and their two children: daughter Vera Grace and son Jack.

Patrick, who joined the staff in 2014, serves as the Sounds' visiting clubhouse manager during the baseball season.

Prior to joining the Sounds, Patrick worked as the assistant clubhouse manager for the Louisville Bats from 2007-2012 and the assistant clubhouse manager for the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders in 2013. He has an MBA from McKendree University and holds an Athletic Equipment Manager Association certificate.

Outside of baseball, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife Abby and son Ashton. He also enjoys walks with his dog, Penny, and playing video games. His favorite teams are the Detroit Lions and Michigan Wolverines.

Chuck provides assistance in both the home and visiting clubhouses during the playing season. He has worked for the Sounds since 2018.

Chuck graduated from Schreiner University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is originally from Cayuga, Texas. Following a long career as a property claims adjuster, he is appreciative of his second act as a clubbie. In his spare time, Chuck enjoys land management, woodworking, being a volunteer firefighter, and all aspects of minor league baseball. He and his wife, Suzanne, reside in Burns, Tenn.

Cailen assists the stadium operations department for the Sounds, including the supervision of ballpark cleanliness and maintenance and parking staff for baseball games and other events held at First Horizon Park.

She joined the Sounds in February 2026.

Chad started with the Sounds in 1996 as a Bat Boy, and then in 1997-2009 he worked in the commissary as a cook and runner with the Sounds. From 2010-2019 he was the Vending Manager until being promoted to the Purchasing/Warehouse Manager in August of 2019.

Chad is originally from Nashville. He graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Management and a minor in Coaching. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, cooking, playing and watching sports, attending concerts and sporting events, traveling, and entertaining his two children, Beau and Iris. Chad's favorite sports teams are the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, Nashville Predators, Detroit Red Wings and the Milwaukee Bucks.

Pete Sarantakos works for Sodexo Live! as the Concessions Manager and oversees concessions operations at First Horizon Park. He joined the Sodexo staff full-time in May 2015.

He originally joined the Sodexo family at Herschel Greer Stadium in 2010 after spending 10 years traveling the country "searching for the sound". He was also a Level Lead at Nissan Stadium with Sodexo in the baseball offseason until 2014.

Pete graduated from Murray State University with a BS in Business Management and grew up in Paducah, Kentucky. In his free time he enjoys traveling, gardening, and exploring Nashville's musical offerings. He enjoys rooting for the Nashville Predators, and the University of Kentucky basketball.

Alley Benefield works for Sodexo Live! as the Office Manager.

Alley graduated from Martin Methodist College with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and Physical Education with a minor in Biology.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with my friends and family, watching sports, and playing golf. Her favorite sports teams are the New York Giants, LA Dodgers, and the Tennessee Vols.

Nikyra works for Sodexo Live! as the Staffing Manager at First Horizon Park. She joined the team in December 2022.

Prior to joining Sounds, Nikyra worked at the Amazon's HR Regional Center as a lead.

Nikyra graduate from the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a Bachelors in Science in Business Administration with a collateral in HR and Middle Tennessee State University with a Master’s in Business Administration.

Renita Fuqua works for Sodexo Live! As the Premium Manager. She joined the Sodexo staff full time in April 2023.

She originally joined the Sodexo family at Herschel Greer Stadium in 2007. She stated as a part time prep cook. Prior to joining Sodexo, Renita worked at Nissan Stadium as the Premium Concessions Manager.

Renita Fuqua enjoys sports and entertainment. In her free time, she loves spending time with her five children and two grandchildren. She’s a sports mom. Her children are active playing football, basketball, volleyball and running track. Renita loves being a team player and helping wherever she can.
