The Nashville Sounds have teamed up with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville and other community partners to breathe new life into the historic Parkwood Community in North Nashville. Once a pillar of local Black baseball and softball history, the Parkwood fields are being restored as part of a broader revitalization effort that includes the creation of a 59-acre metro park and 26 affordable Habitat homes.
