1. Participants must be 21 years of age or older.

• Each participant will have the opportunity to swing at seven (7) pitches from the pitching machine set up by the Sounds. The first two (2) pitches will be practice swings, the final five (5) pitches will be for a chance to win your seats for free.
• Each participant may remain at the plate for no more than seven (7) pitches.
• The participant's turn is over after seven (7) pitches no matter if the participant swings or not.

2. Participants must qualify by either placing a 2024 Season Ticket Member deposit or being randomly selected among our "no purchase necessary" players and sign up to participate in advance.

3. All participants must sign a waiver prior to entering the batter's box. Waivers for minors must be signed by a parent or guardian.

4. All participants must wear a batting helmet provided by the Sounds and may only use a bat provided by the Sounds.

5. A winning hit is one that passes over the outfield fence at First Horizon Park, in fair territory, without bouncing on the field (a home run). The ultimate determination of whether a hit constitutes a home run shall be made by the Sounds, in its sole and absolute discretion.

Winners shall receive a 2024 Season Ticket Membership in the same or equivalent section, row and seat numbers as all seats being renewed from 2023. Any new (non-renewal) members must select membership plan & seat location prior to event date.

Participants who played Division I collegiate or professional sports (whether major, minor or independent league) are not eligible for the Prize.
