With the infield drawn in, Naylor roped a line drive into left field. Jerez scored from third and Farhat scored from second to win the game for Lake County. It was the Captains' fourth walk-off win of the season.
Marman (3-2) earned the win for the Captains. The right-hander pitched one scoreless inning in the ninth. He faced the minimum, allowing a leadoff hit before getting a lineout double play.
Sisk (1-6) suffered his second blown save and took the loss. The lefty pitched 1/3 of an inning and allowed two runs on two hits with one walk, one hit batter and one strikeout.
The Captains begin a six-game road trip on Wednesday, starting with a three-game series against the South Bend Cubs. First pitch at Four Winds Field is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
