JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Seven different Jumbo Shrimp batters reached base at least once, but Jacksonville fell 3-2 on Sunday to the Montgomery Biscuits at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville. Fans enjoyed a Baptist Health Sunday Family FUNday and Princess Day. 
With no score in the third inning, Jacksonville (15-29) starter Sixto Sanchez (0-1) yielded consecutive one-hit singles to Josh Lowe and Dalton Kelly. Jesus Sanchez cashed in the first run of the game with an RBI double. Tristan Gray followed with an RBI base hit to make it 2-0 Montgomery (28-15).

Anfernee Seymour began the bottom of the third with a base hit off Biscuits starter Sam McWilliams (3-1). An error advanced Seymour to second, and after a fly out, Brian Miller banged an RBI single to halve the Montgomery lead.
Jesús Sánchez and Gray jumpstarted the fifth with singles. After a pop out, Rene Pinto notched an RBI single of his own to make it 3-1. 
With the same score in the eighth, Joe Dunand led off with a single. Later in the inning, Corey Bird doubled him in to get the Jumbo Shrimp to within 3-2.
Elvis Araujo, Riley Ferrell and Tyler Stevens combined for 4.1 scoreless innings for Jacksonville.
Curtis Taylor earned his seventh save with a zero in the ninth inning.

Sunday's winning raffle number of 1597381001 won a prize of $144.
