Sevierville, TN - The Tennessee Smokies lost a 5-0 game to the Biloxi Shuckers on Thursday at Smokies Stadium. Tennessee fell behind 4-0 in the first inning and could not bounce back.
Biloxi jumped out to an early lead in the top of the first inning. An RBI-triple and an RBI-groundout made it 2-0. A two-run home run later in the inning gave the Shuckers a 4-0 lead. Biloxi added an RBI-single in the eighth inning, making it 5-0.
Tennessee and Biloxi will meet for the third game of the series on Friday at 7:00 p.m.
