Directions and Parking

The city of Norfolk charges $6.00 per vehicle for home games at Harbor Park. The city of Norfolk reserves the right raise the price that any time. Season-long parking passes can be purchased by calling 757-622-2222.

The address for Harbor Park is 150 Park Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23510.

NOTE: You must have an A/B permit to park your vehicle in Lot A or Lot B.

Tips for Avoiding Traffic:

The Tide Light Rail - Fans can show their ticket to any 2024 Tides home game and ride FREE to and from the game.

We encourage fans to use this efficient and convenient The Tide has plenty of Park and Ride lots and a station immediately outside Harbor Park. We encourage fans to utilize the Light Rail Park and Ride lots at Newtown Road, Military Highway, and Ballentine Blvd. We also suggest fans utilize the parking garages at MacArthur Center and ride the light rail from the MacArthur Square Station to the Harbor Park Station. On Saturday and Sunday only, fans can also utilize the EVMS park and ride lot. Free rides apply up to two hours before and after each game.

We want you to spend more time having fun at Harbor Park and less time stuck behind the wheel.

Driving Tips:

The best exits to utilize when traveling to Harbor Park on 264 West (from Virginia Beach) are exits: 11A (Claiborne Ave), 9 (Waterside Drive), and 11B (Brambelton Avenue). When traveling on 264 East (from Portsmouth/Chesapeake) use exit 9 (Waterside Drive).

Several times each season, larger crowds create significant congestion around Harbor Park, especially on Park Ave close to game time. If you want to play it safe, arrive early. Otherwise, you can avoid sitting in traffic by going directly to other parking options like Dominion Tower, City Hall North & South Lots or MacArthur Center.

Elizabeth River Ferry:

The Harbor Park ferry runs between North Landing in Portsmouth and Harbor Park in Norfolk. Service runs every 30 minutes beginning one hour before game time and continues just after the game ends. For more information on the Elizabeth River Ferry, click here.
