Bruins' Kevan Miller Coming to Hadlock on August 20th

Bruins defenseman to sign autographs and throw out the first-pitch

PORTLAND, MAINE - Boston Bruins defenseman Kevan Miller is scheduled to make an appearance at Hadlock Field, presented by Aura, on Monday, August 20th, when the Portland Sea Dogs host the New Hampshire Fisher Cats at 7:00 PM.

Miller will throw out the official first-pitch and will be available to sign free autographs on photos provided by the Sea Dogs from 7:00 to 8:00 PM. Miller has spent his entire NHL career with the Boston Bruins, appearing in 285 games with 12 goals and 48 assists. Miller went undrafted out of college (University of Vermont) in 2011 and joined Providence, the Boston Bruins' American Hockey League affiliate, on a tryout contract. He played six games with Providence and signed an entry-level contract with the Bruins. The California native made his NHL debut on November 20, 2013, against the St. Louis Blues, and scored his first NHL goal on December 8, 2013, against the Toronto Maple Leafs. 

The Sea Dogs, the Double-A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, have hosted several Bruins players at Hadlock Field over the past several years including Danielle Paille (2013), Shawn Thornton (2012 & 2014), and Terry O' Reilly (2015).

Tickets for the game are available and can be purchased by phone at 207-879-9500, online at, and at the Hadlock Field ticket office. Advance tickets range in price between $9.00 and $12.00 for adults and $6.00 to $11.00 for kids (16 and under) and seniors (62 and over).
