MEMPHIS, Tennessee -- Fans are invited to view the total solar eclipse on Monday, Aug. 21 at AutoZone Park during the Memphis Redbirds game, which begins at 11:52 a.m. -- the exact time the eclipse starts -- with Memphis near totality in the later innings of the game!

On Southern College of Optometry Eclipse Day at AutoZone Park, the first 5,000 fans will receive free eclipse glasses.

Meteorologist Tim Simpson of WREG will be on-hand providing live updates and facts about the eclipse throughout the game, so you can enjoy live play-by-play of this once-in-a-lifetime event while you are experiencing it!
