The Rocket City Trash Pandas are pleased to partner with local non-profit organizations to help contribute to their fundraising goals. View our complete list of non-profit opportunities below.
To be considered for fundraising programs, complete the form requested for each interested program below and include your 501 (c) (3) determination letter.
Fundraising Opportunities
Group & Ticket Fundraising
- Group Ticket Fundraising: Organizations can choose to sell undated vouchers for any game (excluding playoffs) or dated tickets for specific games with a group announcement. Selling 50 or more tickets gives you a chance at a First Pitch opportunity. Each ticket or voucher costs the organization $12, which they can resell at a suggested price of $16-$20. Organizations keep the profit from sales by collecting money up front from fans. This option requires a minimum of 20 tickets or vouchers.
Concessions Fundraising
- Concessions Fundraising: Selected organizations can participate in the Trash Pandas Concessions Department program, which allows each nonprofit to generate revenue to support its cause.
Collection Drives & Jersey Auctions
- Collection Drives – This program is designed to support donations and resources to local nonprofits.
- Jersey Auctions – Specialty jerseys will be auctioned off during select Trash Pandas home games. Selected nonprofits will receive proceeds from auctions and be presented with a check before a dedicated home game.
Community Spotlight Tables & Dog Days
- Community Spotlight Tables – Organizations can set up a table exhibit to engage with the community and promote and raise awareness of their cause. *Selling items or soliciting donations is prohibited.*
- Dog Days – The Trash Pandas will host dog days throughout the season. If you are an animal-related nonprofit, you could be selected as a recipient of the entry fee proceeds. These proceeds will come from your efforts to promote and invite furry friends to the ballpark on your selected night.
