The Salt Lake Bees winning streak hit four consecutive games with a 7-3 win over the Las Vegas Aviators on Thursday night.

Playing in only his second game at the Triple-A level, Andy Blake led the Bees offense from the ninth spot in the order. Blake finished the game 3-for-4 with a pair of runs scored, a home run and four RBI on the night. Blake drove in a pair of runs on a single in a five-run fifth inning that put the Bees ahead for good and then hit his first Triple-A home run with a 439-foot blast over the centerfield wall for extra insurance. Blake signed with the Angels as an undrafted free agent out of Columbia University last summer and was appearing in just his 28th professional game on Thursday.

Ryan Langford got the start for Salt Lake in his Triple-A debut and allowed just one run on four hits over four innings of work. Ryan Miller took home the win with three innings of relief and Jimmy Herget pitched the final two innings as the Bees used just three pitchers on a planned bullpen day. Miller and Herget each allowed a solo home run but avoided any other damage from the Aviators bats. The Bees have outscored Las Vegas 27-6 through three games of the series.

Salt Lake will look to secure a series victory on Friday night in game four of the six game set. First pitch from Las Vegas Ballpark is scheduled for 8:05 p.m.
