How do I pick up my tickets?
Due to COVID-19, all tickets will be fully digital and only accessible on your smartphone or mobile device.

How do I access my tickets on my smartphone or mobile device?
The below actions must take place on your mobile device.

  • Log into your RailRiders AccountManager online portal from your mobile device, scroll down to Quick Links and click Manage Tickets.
  • Use the email address associated with your RailRiders season ticket membership.
  • If you do not know your password, click Forgot Password? and follow the prompts to create a new one.
  • Browse for the specific event you’re looking for and tap to see your tickets.
  • When you get to PNC Field, select “View” on your mobile device and present at the gate to have your game ticket scanned for entry.
  • If you have guests and multiple tickets on your phone, swipe to navigate between them.

Contact your sales representative to confirm the email address associated with your account.

I don’t have a smartphone, how do I get my tickets?
Please contact your sales representative to make alternate arrangements.

How do I use the RailRiders AccountManager online portal?
Using the email address associated with your RailRiders season ticket plan, log into the RailRiders AccountManager online portal to easily view or transfer your season tickets.

  • To view your tickets after logging in:
  • Click My Events
  • Browse the list of events in your account
  • Tap or click on the event to see your tickets
  • To transfer your tickets after logging in:
  • Click My Events
  • Browse the list of events in your account
  • Tap or click on the event to see your tickets
  • From the event details page, click Transfer in the upper left.
  • Check the box for each ticket you want to transfer and click Transfer.
  • Review the summary of your selected tickets
  • Enter the name and email address of the recipient along with an optional message and click Transfer. An email with a link is sent to the recipient to claim their tickets.

What are the games in my ticket plan?
Due to the structure of the 2021 schedule, season ticket plans will receive vouchers equal to number of games in your plan. You will have the flexibility to schedule the games you want to attend on a monthly basis through the RailRiders AccountManager online portal. Notification of the tiered designated time frames for each ticket plan to choose your games will be sent monthly.

Full season ticket members have 2 options to choose from for the 2021 season. Please check your email for further details on your choices or contact your sales representative.

How do I exchange my vouchers?
You will receive step by step directions on how to exchange vouchers through your RailRiders AccountManager online portal upon activation of your vouchers.

Am I still able to exchange as many vouchers as I want for one game?
Due to limited capacity and the structure of the pod seating, there will be an 8 ticket maximum per game at this time.

How do I give my tickets to someone else to use?
Using the RailRiders AccountManager online portal, you have the ability to easily transfer your game tickets to other parties. All you need is their name and email address. It’s important to transfer tickets to your friends and family prior to heading to the event.

  • From the event details page, click Transfer in the upper left.
  • Check the box for each ticket you want to transfer and click Transfer.
  • Review the summary of your selected tickets, enter the name and email address of the recipient along with an optional message and tap Transfer. An email with a link is sent to the recipient to claim their tickets.

After tickets are transferred, the tickets will show the name of the recipient along with the status of the ticket. To reclaim the ticket before your recipient has claimed it, click Cancel Transfer. Click Reclaim and the ticket will be returned.

When your recipient receives the email and clicks on it, they are taken to the RailRiders AccountManager sign on page. Along the top are instructions for how to claim. If they do not have an account, they will need to create one. Once signed in, they can see the exact ticket details and click Accept. The event is added to their account and they can view the barcode for entry prior to arriving to the event.

If I’m unable to make one of my games, how do I exchange my unused tickets?
Any unused game day tickets for the 2021 season will not be eligible to be exchanged with the exception of an officially postponed or cancelled game. All voucher-to-game exchanges are final. Once you have exchanged a voucher into a selected game, the game ticket becomes ineligible to be exchanged.

What mini plans do I have to choose from?
All mini plans will receive 5 vouchers per seat for you to schedule your games on a monthly basis through your RailRiders AccountManager online portal. Mini plans rolled over from 2020 that contained more than 5 games will receive additional vouchers. You will receive notification of when your time frame is to choose your games for each month.

How many fans are going to be allowed into each game?
We will be adhering to the capacity rate that is approved by the MLB, State and CDC on a monthly basis. Season Ticket Members will have first right of refusal for the number of games that you have in your ticket plan.

Do Season ticket members still enter early through the team store?
Due to MLB, State and CDC restrictions and guidelines, for the 2021 season there will not be a season ticket member entrance through the team store and there will be no early entry for any of our fans. Everyone will need to enter through the main gates.

Can I sit in my same seat location?
Due to MLB, State and CDC restrictions and guidelines, you will not be able to sit in your seat for the 2021 season. Everyone joining us at PNC Field will be seated in socially distanced pods based on availability.

Am I going to be able to sit with the same people that I usually sit with at the games?
Due to the socially distanced seating pods, you would need to contact your friends in advance that you normally sit with at the games to coordinate together your choice of games and selection of available seating pods.

How do I get my parking pass?

When are the Season Ticket Member events?
Due to MLB, State and CDC current restrictions and guidelines for the 2021 season, all season ticket member events will be put on hold. As the season progresses, all restrictions and guidelines will dictate the ability to hold any season ticket holder events.

How can I get autographs?
Due to MLB, CDC and state distancing guidelines, players will not be signing autographs this season. This policy is subject to change as restrictions are altered or lifted.

How do I get my guaranteed giveaways?
You will pick up your guaranteed giveaways at the University of Scranton Guest Services located in the Geisinger Plaza. Your name and the number of giveaways you receive will be on a Season Ticket Member guaranteed giveaway list.
