Join the Pros as they host a series of training camps at PNC Field; home of your Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders. Have the chance to use our premium facilities to improve in all areas of your game and get tips from the players who have learned the best techniques. Don't miss out on this great opportunity to learn from some of the best coaches and players in the league.

There are spots open for the Winter sessions at PNC Field. Sessions are tailored to different positions. All sessions are available for both baseball and softball for all age groups.

  • Shoulder Health - Dr Tunis, Sports Medicine Physician and Dr Olsen, Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Surgeon - January 14th
  • Core Stability - Athletic Trainers / Sports Medicine Physicians - January 21st
  • Hip Health - Dr. Seeley, Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon - January 28th
  • Nutrition - Athletic Trainers - February 4th
  • Knee Health - Finalizing Surgeons - February 11th
