Chiefs, Bisons rained out in series finale
Game moved to August 12 doubleheader
Wednesday's game between the Syracuse Chiefs and the Buffalo Bisons has been postponed due to rain in Buffalo. The game will be moved to Monday, August 12 and rescheduled as part of a doubleheader on that day, slated to start at 5:30.
Syracuse returns home after an off day on Thursday to begin a seven-day, eight-game homestand. The Chiefs' home opener - Friday at 2:00 - will pit Syracuse against the Lehigh Valley IronPigs. Right-hander Tanner Roark is scheduled to start for Syracuse against IronPigs southpaw Adam Morgan.
