Chiefs, Braves cancelled due to rain

Monday's game between the Syracuse Chiefs, the Triple-A affiliate of the Washington Nationals, and the Gwinnett Braves was cancelled due to rain. The game will not be made up, as the teams do not play each other again this year.

After an off day, the Chiefs begin a three-game series at the Pawtucket Red Sox on Wednesday at 7:05PM Right-hander A.J. Cole is scheduled to start for Syracuse.
