Tarpons to Host Scouts on "Outdoors Night" Saturday, July 14th
Tampa, Fla. - The Tampa Tarpons will host "Outdoors Night" on Saturday, July 14th at George M. Steinbrenner Field. Outdoor vendors and activities will be featured throughout the night as the Tarpons take on the Dunedin Blue Jays. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. for 6:30 p.m. first pitch.Among the vendors
Tampa, Fla. - The Tampa Tarpons will host "Outdoors Night" on Saturday, July 14th at George M. Steinbrenner Field. Outdoor vendors and activities will be featured throughout the night as the Tarpons take on the Dunedin Blue Jays. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. for 6:30 p.m. first pitch.
Among the vendors will be Family Boating and Marine Centers, which will have Maverick and Pathfinder boats on-site for fans to explore. Southeastern Fishing Tackle and Holidays Network Group will also be in attendance.
Fans will have the chance to bid on Guy Harvey memorabilia, including an autographed painting and an autographed book. Giclees (fine art prints) of former Tampa players
As part of "Outdoors Night," all scouts in attendance will receive a $5 food voucher, a newly designed scout patch and a Tampa Tarpons hat. Scouts and pack leaders will have the opportunity to be a part of a pre-game parade.
After the game, scouts are invited to pitch a tent on the field and watch a movie on the video board. The next morning, scouts will have breakfast before taking a stadium tour.
