Season Update & Ticket Information as of June 30th, 2020

During this time of uncertainty and with the rapidly changing developments surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we have created this page to provide you with the latest information and to answer some of the most frequently asked questions.

*Please Note: This is a rapidly changing situation. We will update this page as often as is required.

The Vancouver Canadians Baseball Club along with the rest of the franchises within the Northwest League of Professional Baseball (NWL) were informed by Pat O’ Conner, Minor League Baseball President, that as of today, the 2020 season has been cancelled outright due to challenges stemming from COVID-19.

Below, we have created links to more information on rolling over your product to the 2021 Season or requesting a refund. Please click on the link below and fill out the form. Season Tickets

If you had Full Season Tickets for the 2020 season, you have the option to either roll your ticket value over for the 2021 season or receive a refund.

If you have a 10 or 15 voucher NatPacks for the 2020 season, you have the option to either roll your ticket value over for the 2021 season or receive a refund.

Group Events

If you booked a group event for the 2020 season, including Group Outings, TELUS BBQ Picnic in the Park, Hey Y’all Porch, Sleeman Breweries Dugout Suite, Whistler Brewing 3rd Base Suite,· Baseball Buddies, and Birthday Parties, your group can either be provided a credit for your 2020 group payment for a 2021 group event or be refunded for deposits with a cheque.

Frequently Asked Questions

Purchasers of Season Ticket Memberships, NatPacks, Group tickets, and Premium Group Experiences (suites, BBQ or Porch) should have received more information via email from the Vancouver Canadians regarding their options for their 2020 ticket packages.

I have a company group booking for the 2020 season, now what?

For those groups who have placed a deposit for your group tickets (Group Outing, TELUS BBQ Picnic in the Park, Hey Y’all Porch, Whistler Brewing 3rd Base Suite or Sleeman Breweries Dugout Suite) will have 2 options:

1.) Roll your payment forward to the 2021 season and you will be included in the initial renewal period for the 2021 Season to select your game prior to the general public.

2.) Receive a full refund for your received payment. We will do our best to process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive a cheque in the mail within 30 days of your request.

When can I book my group tickets for the 2021 season?

We will be on sale for 2021 once we receive our official schedule, which we hope to be by October 2020.

Can I get a refund on my 2020 tickets?

There are a range of 2020 ticket options available, depending on the product you have purchased or placed a deposit for you would have a variety of options.

Please click on the product links above and fill out the form and we will have a refund to you within 30 days.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the refund request form is completed, we will have a cheque in the mail to the address you provided in the form within 30 days of your request.

I don’t want my refund cheque sent to me in the mail, how can I receive my refund?

Please email [email protected] to confirm that you do not want your cheque mailed and we will arrange a time for a pick up at Nat Bailey Stadium. 4601 Ontario St, Vancouver BC V5V 3H4

Is the Nat Bailey Box Office and Team Store open?

In the interests of the health and safety of our fans, staff, and everyone in our community, the Nat Bailey Box Office and Team Store are closed to the public. However fans can make purchases online HERE. We are updating the website with new items as them arrive, so check back often!
