What happens if I have tickets for a game that ends up not being played?
Currently, tickets for Whitecaps games that are not played, can be exchanged for any remaining game during the 2020 season, based on availability. Due to the unknown start time for the Midwest League season, we will fulfill these exchanges as soon as the schedule is officially determined, including the Opening Day Bash.

I have a season ticket package, what should I do?
As we determine a start date for the 2020 Minor League Baseball season, we will evaluate and provide ticket options for any games not played in your ticket package.
We also understand that when games resume, and the community is welcome back at Fifth Third Ballpark, season ticket holders will determine their comfort level for attending games. Our commitment is always to put our fans first and we will work towards solutions with each fan that shows that commitment.
As a season ticket package holder, please reach out to your Whitecaps ticket sales consultant directly, with any questions.
My child successfully completed the 2020 Reading Club program, can they still redeem their vouchers?
Yes! We have extended the Reading Club redemption dates for the entire 2020 season (when determined). You can still redeem your vouchers online, by mail, or in person, at the Whitecaps ticket office, when normal hours resume.
If your school had originally planned on attending as a group, your vouchers are now good for individual redemption, due to school cancelations.
Are Tigers Wednesday dates going to remain the same?
Currently our first Tigers Wednesday is scheduled for June 17. That date and the rest of the schedule remain unchanged. Follow us on social media and at whitecapsbaseball.com for updates.
Will Whitecaps baseball begin the season without fans (players only)?
We are in constant communication with Minor League Baseball. To date, beginning the season with players only has not been an option. Follow us on social media and at whitecapsbaseball.com
We are curious about our favorite game days like Star Wars Night and Princess Night. Will those promotions be moved to other dates later in the season if you don't play on those nights?
We're glad you are excited for many of our promotional nights. Currently, we are preparing options for moving some of our fans best-loved nights to other dates if needed.
What special rule changes should I be ready for when you start the season?
It is reasonable to expect changes in ballpark policies. We are exploring what those might be along with state and local governments, Minor League Baseball, and the CDC. We will be sure to post those at our website and social media if/when we make changes.
