The Delano Neighborhood Association event has not been impacted by the ballpark cancellation.
Delano Safe Treat will happen from 5 pm to 7pm. Participating businesses along Douglas Street from Vine Street to McLean Blvd.
The Wichita Wind Surge apologize for the cancellation of the event. The ballpark will host its final football game of the season on November 4th when Friends University hosts McPherson College at 1 pm.
