ADA seating areas are located at the top of sections 4, 10, 12, 17, and 21. If a fan has purchased an ADA seat, but would like a folding chair one can be provided by asking the nearest fan host for assistance.

Alcohol Sales
No alcoholic beverage may be brought into Equity Bank Park nor may guests take any alcoholic beverages out of the ballpark or suites. Kansas law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. Guests, therefore, will be required to show proper ID when purchasing alcoholic beverages at Equity Bank Park. Only two alcoholic beverages are allowed per person, per purchase. No fan will be served more than two alcoholic beverages at any given time. Alcohol sales end in the middle of the 7th inning during a baseball game and at designated times during concerts and other events.
Animals
Only certified service dogs or service dogs in training that meet all of the State of Kansas requirements will be allowed into Riverfront Stadium. All other animals are strictly prohibited. Equity Bank Park will host multiple Bark in the Parks throughout the season. Check out our promotions schedule.
ATM
Equity Bank Park is a cashless venue. Fans with cash wanting to exchange for a prepaid card can find a Ready Station® cash-to-card kiosk located in the main Team Store in centerfield or the small Team Store located behind section 5.
Autographs
Fans can ask for autographs along the foul lines before or after the game. Fans are not permitted to ask players during the game for autographs or hang out around either dugout areas. Fans are not permitted on the field to ask for autographs. Players will sign autographs at their own discretion.
Baby Changing Tables/Mother’s Lounge
Baby Changing Tables are in all restrooms throughout the concourse. The Mothers Lounge is a private room located on the concourse behind home plate (next to Guest Services) for mothers wanting more privacy.
Bag Check
To provide a safer environment for the public, and significantly expedite guest entry into Equity Bank Park, our clear bag policy states:
- Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and cannot exceed 12" x 6" x 12."
- Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the venue with one of the clear plastic bags.
- Prohibited bags include but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, non-approved seat cushions or seatbacks, computer bags, diaper bags, binocular cases, and camera bags.
- Diapers and other baby supplies can be carried in a clear bag. Each member of a family, including children, would be allowed to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse into the venue.
Ball in Play
Any guest caught interfering with a ball in play, throwing objects onto the field/seating bowl, or going onto the playing field, will be ejected from the ballpark and is subject to possible arrest and/or banishment from Equity Bank Park.
Banners and Signs
Banners and signs that are positive are allowed in Equity Bank Park. Banners and signs can not obstruct other fans view. It will be at the discretion of Equity Bank Park staff to determine if a sign or banner is allowed.

Bathrooms
Stadium bathrooms are located on the main concourse, along the first and third base lines, and in left field. Please refer to the Equity Bank Park Map
Batting Practice
Standard gate opening time is 60 minutes prior to game time with some exceptions that will be noted publicly. Wind Surge batting practice begins prior to the gates opening and can conclude prior to gates opening as well. The visiting team batting practice can begin prior to gates openings and concludes approximately 60 minutes prior to game time. *Please note batting practice is at the discretion of each team and subject to change.
Beverages, Bottles and Cans
The Wichita Wind Surge stadium policies prohibit fans from bringing outside food, beverages, bottles and cans into its facilities. Exceptions include baby formula, baby food, and medication or other special needs.
Box Office Hours
On non-game days, The Wind Surge Box Office is open from 10 AM - 5 PM.
On game days, The Box Office opens at 10 AM and remains open until the conclusion of the 6th inning.
Broadcasts
All Wind Surge games will be broadcast live on ESPN @ 92.3 FM, or the ESPN app.
Camera and Video Equipment
Fans can bring still and hand-held video cameras with lenses 9” or smaller into Equity Bank Park as long as the equipment does not interfere with another fan’s enjoyment of the game. Any rebroadcast or reproduction of the game or event without the express written consent of the Wichita Wind Surge is prohibited.
Cashless Payment
Equity Bank Park will operate as a cashless facility, including in the areas of food/beverage, ticketing, and merchandise operated by the team. This will limit direct contact between employees and guests. Fans with cash wanting to exchange for a prepaid card can find a Ready Station® cash-to-card kiosk located in both Team Stores. The kiosk converts cash to card.
Child Ticket Policy
Children three (3) years of age and older require a ticket to enter Equity Bank Park.
Club Level
The club level can be accessed using the staircase located behind Section 13 or through the Premium Suite Level Entrance located on Maple St.

Concessions
Fixed concession stand areas are located throughout the stadium featuring a variety of food options. Portable concession carts featuring an additional variety of food and drinks are also located throughout the stadium. Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Gift Cards and Loaded Value tickets are accepted at all concession stands and portable carts.

Dugouts
The Wind Surge dugout is on the third base side and the opponents on the first base side. Fans are asked to please remain off the dugouts at all times.
Elevators
There are two sets of public elevators inside Equity Bank Park. The elevator on the first base (south end) of the ballpark will take fans up to the club and suite levels from the Maple Lobby as well as to the 2nd floor (concourse level) behind the small team store located inside the Maple Gate entryway. The second elevator is located inside the main office building on the east side of the ballpark and will take fans up to the Emprise Bank Pavilion and main offices. Fans must present a ticket to these corresponding areas to the area game day staff
Emergencies
In case of emergency, please notify the nearest fan host or other staff member as soon as possible. Stadium First Aid and EMS personnel are present during all games and a first aid room is located on the concourse behind home plate. Should an emergency occur we ask that you clear the way for EMTs to have full and immediate access to provide medical care.

Exit and Re-entry
Guests may exit the ballpark at any time. Guests may only re-enter the stadium after obtaining a re-entry stamp from an attendant located near the exit gates
Family Restrooms
Family Restrooms are located in left field by Pump in the Park Bar, next to the Delano Gate entrance and First Aid behind section 11.
Fan Code of Conduct
The Fan Code of Conduct prohibits, at minimum, the following conduct:
- Trespassing on the playing field;
- Interfering with baseballs that are in play;
- Throwing objects;
- Using foul or obscene language or gestures;
- Using derogatory language, which is defined as offensive language concerning another person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin;
- Excessive or underage consumption of alcohol;
- Disruptive, unruly, or abusive behavior;
- Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass, or credential;
- Misusing tickets, passes, or credentials; and
- Bringing prohibited items into the ballpark.
Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to consequences including ejection from the ballpark and a ban on attending future games; and (ii) use of derogatory language will result in ejection.
Game-day staff must immediately report prohibited fan behavior to a Wind Surge Front Office member or security staff.
Fan Hosts
Fan Hosts are on duty throughout the game to assist fans in any way possible. Fans are also encouraged to stop by the Guest Services Booth located on the concourse behind home plate if assistance is required.
Fan Interference
Fans are not to interfere with any ball in play or throw objects onto the field. Anyone doing so will be subject to ejection from the stadium.
Field
The Wind Surge Field is real grass.
Dimensions: Left-field line 340’, center-field: 400’, right-field line: 325’.
Firearms
Firearms of any kind are not permitted in the stadium nor on ballpark premises.
Field Access
In accordance with the Texas League rules, only authorized personnel with proper credentials will be allowed on the field before, during, or after a game or event. Any unauthorized person who travels onto the field will be removed from Equity Bank Park and is subject to arrest and prosecution.
First Aid
The First Aid room is located on the concourse behind home plate (section 11.) If first aid assistance is needed, please go to the First Aid room or contact the nearest Wind Surge Staff Member.
Food and Beverage Policy
Fans are not permitted to bring outside food or beverages into Equity Bank Park for individual consumption, except for needed medical purposes.
*One 16 oz. sealed water bottle is permitted into the facility.
Foul Balls
Fans may keep baseballs hit into the stands. However, please be aware that balls or bats leaving the field of play may be dangerous. Fans are responsible for ensuring their own safety. Please do not interfere with the field of play.

Gates Open
Stadium gates open 60 minutes before game time. Fans are encouraged to come out to the ballpark early and enjoy pre-game activities. Occasionally the Wind Surge may open stadium gates earlier than the standard 60 minutes. Gates times are subject to change. Guest Feedback

Guest Services
The Guest Services Booth is located on the concourse behind section 11. Representatives are available to help with a variety of concerns, including lost children, first aid needs and other general inquiries. In addition, the Guest Services Booth is where fans can sign up for promotional activities and contests.
Home Runs
Fans may keep any balls hit into the stands. Batted balls can be dangerous, so we ask that fans stay alert at all times, even when out of your seat. When attempting to catch a foul or home run ball please do not interfere with the game in progress and be respectful of other guests. At no time should a foul or home run ball be thrown back on the field. Fans who fail to adhere to these rules face immediate ejection from Equity Bank Park.
Internet Access
Fans can access public Wi-Fi under “Equity Bank Park”.
Janitorial
You can help keep our ballpark immaculate by placing your trash in one of the many trash receptacles located throughout the ballpark.
Kids Zone
The Credit Union of America Kid Zone is located in centerfield behind the batters eye. Kids can enjoy bounce houses, playground and basketball courts. Kids under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult. All fans must follow the rules listed in the Kid Zone Area.
Kids Run the Bases
The Wind Surge offers children 12 and under the opportunity to run the bases after all Sunday home games. Listen to the public address announcer for specific directions on the Kids Run the Bases. The child must be accompanied by one adult if the child is unable to run the bases on their own. Children will line up to come down to the field in section 1.
Lawn (Berm) Seating
Lawn (Berm) seating is located out in center and left field. Chair are not allowed on the grass. Blankets are allowed to be brought in and used on the berm. Fans with Berm or GA tickets can sit in this area.
Lost and Found
If you find or lose an item, please visit the Customer Service booth located on the concourse behind home plate. Fans may also call the Wind Surge office during normal hours to inquire about lost items.
Loaded Value
Loaded Value is a credit amount equivalent to cash loaded onto your ticket that can be used at any concession stand or the team store in the ballpark on gameday. Please ask a Wind Surge ticket representative more about all of the loaded value ticket options.
Lost Children
Every child should be told to contact a Wichita Wind Surge Representative if he or she becomes lost. A lost child should be taken to the Customer Service booth located behind home plate. If you become separated from your child, please contact the nearest Customer Service Representative.

Official Wichita Wind Surge merchandise can be purchased in our Team Store located near the McLean Blvd. Entrance or on the concourse next to the Maple Gate. Wichita Wind Surge gear is also available online.

The Wichita Wind Surge are the AA affiliate of the Minnesota Twins. The Minnesota Twins have six Minor League affiliates: St. Paul Saints-AAA Affiliate, Wichita Wind Surge-AA Affiliate, Cedar Rapids Kernels-High A Affiliate, Fort Myers Mighty Mussels-Low A Affiliate, Gulf Coast League Twins-Rookie League, Dominican Summer League Twins-Foreign Rookie League.

Netting
The Wichita Wind Surge is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for each person who enters Equity Bank Park. Equity Bank Park was the first Minor League Baseball Stadium to include protective netting from foul pole to foul pole in its design. However, please be aware that balls or bats leaving the field of play may still be dangerous.
No Shirt, No Shoes... Yes Problem
Fans must be fully clothed at all times or will be asked to leave the ballpark.
Noise Makers
For the comfort and enjoyment of all fans, noisemakers of any kind (i.e., air horns, etc.) are prohibited at Equity Bank Park.

Official Game
A game is considered official after 4 ½ innings have been completed if the Wind Surge are in the lead, 5 innings if the Wind Surge are losing at the time of the delay.
Parking
Parking is available for $5 per car. All Lexus cars can park for free in the designated Lexus parking. Asking a parking attendant for more information.

Playoffs
The Divisional Playoffs and the Texas League Championship Series shall be decided by a best of three (3) game series. The top teams from both divisions in the first and second half of the season will earn a playoff spot. If the same team wins both halves the second best record of the second half receives the other playoff bid.

- Drones, remote-controlled unmanned aerial vehicles or other motorized vehicles/devices
- Drugs or other illegal substances/paraphernalia (including medical marijuana)
- Firearms
- Fireworks or other incendiary devices
- Frisbees, footballs or other throwable sports devices
- Glass containers of any type
- Hard-sided coolers
- Hover boards
- Inflatables (unless approved by the Wind Surge)
- Knives of any type
- Lawn chair or rigid-framed seating devices (except ADA or as approved by the Wind Surge)

- Halloween Masks (except mascots or others approved by the Wind Surge)

- Noise-making devices (unless approved by the Wind Surge)
- Obscene or offensive language likely to provoke an aggressive response from others

- Weapons of any other type (tasers, nunchuks, pepper spray, mace, expandable batons, etc.)
Promotional Items
Promotional items, or giveaways are available on selected game dates to guests with a paid ticket on a first-come, first-serve basis. Wind Surge policy is to distribute one giveaway item per eligible fan entering Riverfront Stadium. An eligible fan is a fan that meets the advertised age limits or other requirements. Extra tickets for a game may not be redeemed for giveaway items.
Rain Checks/Rainouts
If a game is rained out, fans will be able to exchange those tickets for another 2025 Regular Season Wind Surge Game ticket of equal or lesser value based on availability. Please note that season seat specific areas in the ballpark, such as the Fidelity Bank Bravely Onward Club, Loge Boxes, and Season Suites are not guaranteed comparable replacement, as availability beyond season ticket allotment in these areas are scarce. Fans with questions about this policy should email [email protected].
In the event a doubleheader is scheduled to make-up a rained-out game, the tickets for the game that has been deemed a doubleheader will be the prevailing tickets for the seats. If you have tickets for the rained-out game, you will need to exchange those tickets prior to arrival at the ballpark in order to gain access for that game.
Rain Delays
According to Texas League Rules, the home team is the sole judge of the playing field conditions, prior to the exchange of lineups. The umpire-in-chief shall be the sole judge as to whether and when play shall be suspended during a game because of unsuitable weather conditions or the unfit condition of the playing field; as to whether and when the play shall be resumed after such suspension; and as to whether and when a game shall be terminated after such suspension. The umpire-in-chief shall at all times try to complete a game. His authority to resume play following one or more suspensions shall be absolute and he shall terminate a game only when there appears to be no possibility of completing the ballgame.

Smoking
Smoking and the use of tobacco products are prohibited at all times including, but not limited to: indoor and outdoor grounds, walkways and sidewalks, parking lots, and private vehicles parked on Equity Bank Park property.

Equity Bank Park will feature enhanced security procedures and all fans will be subject to hand wands upon entry. Fans are encouraged to arrive early and be prepared to follow instructions as they enter the ballpark. Season Tickets

Seating Policy
Guests should sit only in the seats for which they hold valid tickets. If there is any confusion as to where a fan’s seat is located, please ask the closest Wind Surge Fan Host. We ask fans to be considerate of entering the seating area while the game is in play so that all guests can enjoy their experience.
Special Events

Standing
Fans visiting Equity Bank Park are asked to enjoy the game from the comfort of the seat indicated on their ticket. Please keep in mind that when you stand, you block the view of other guests behind you. It is not the Wind Surge’s intent to limit fans’ enjoyment of the game and we encourage cheering after great plays, but continuous standing in seating areas will not be tolerated.
Strollers
Strollers are permitted inside the stadium gates but must be closed and stored at the top of the section in the seating bowl area and berm.

Tailgating
Tailgating is not permitted on Equity Bank Park property.
Trespassing
Anyone trespassing on the playing field will be ejected ad subject to arrest and prosecution by city and county law.
Team Store
The Wind Surge Team Store is located at the River Plaza entrance along McLean Blvd. The Team Store is open Monday – Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, when the team is away. When the team is home, the Team Store is open to the public 10 AM - 4 PM and is open during the game for fans in attendance. The Team Store along the first base line on the concourse is open to fans in attendance during all Wind Surge games.
Television
Games will be available for viewing on MiLBTV.

Ticket Scalping
The unauthorized resale of tickets in, on or around Equity Bank Park property is not permitted under any circumstance and is prohibited by law. The Wind Surge and security will address any such violation appropriately.
Tours
Tours are available during non-game days for educational events. These are based on availability.
Umbrellas
Umbrellas are permitted for Wind Surge Games. However, because of fan safety and sight line considerations umbrellas are not allowed to be open in the seating areas or obstruct other guests.
Video Board Announcements (online only)
Fans wanting to purchase a video board announcement can do so online through our team store for $10. Requests must be less than 50 characters and must be submitted at least 24 hours before first pitch. Video Board and PA Announcements are not available for sale in-person or on game day.
Weapons
Weapons (including firearms, large bats and knives of any kind) are not allowed into Equity Bank Park. These weapons are not meant to be all-inclusive; other items may be deemed weapons and prohibited from Equity Bank Park at the discretion of Equity Bank Park staff.
Will Call
Fans may pick up “Will Call” tickets at the Stadium Box Office. A photo ID is required of anyone picking up tickets at Will Call, and tickets will only be released to the individual named on the envelope
X-tra innings
A Minor League Baseball rule adopted a few years ago calls for when a game goes into “X-tra” innings that a runner will be placed at second base at the beginning of each inning beginning with the 10th inning to expedite the conclusion of the ballgame.
